PLC-13W 4P/G24q-1 2700K. Believe it or not, a lighting professional will know exactly what that means.

Customer Reviews

Rated 2.6 out of 5 by 17 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Does not last even in dry environment Two years ago I mounted 2 of these under my soffits which never see water, plus they are aimed down. One failed about 6 months ago but I just got around to replacing it (it's mounted 2 stories high), so it lasted about 18 months. Of course the warranty is only one year on these. The ballast failed, which is made by Caster, BFE13 2. Lithonia Lighting does not even list this manufacturer as a ballast provider on their website, which incidentally they also state, ballast warranty issues must be resolved with the ballast manufacturer (http://www.lithonia.com/lampballastwarranties.html). Using this logic, would I have to go to the lens maker if it leaked? When you warranty a product you should cover all the components! Previously I thought Lithonia was one of the better light manufacturers, and many of their lights do have 5 year warranties. But after this experience, they do not justify my brand loyalty. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Does not last As with many others here, leaks in the fixture caused the ballast to short. Using as a uplight on the house. The color temp and output is just right, but the fixture didn't make it two years before inconsistently starting, then about a month or two later it gave out entirely. January 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy Install Easy install. Exactly as anticipated. Durable and good value. November 8, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor choice This light has one major flaw. Water seeps in through the screw holes on the face cover. Takes a while but the light will short out. In a dry application light there is no problem. October 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works great This is a great exterior floodlight. It is a bit dimmer than what I expected, but I use it to laminate the deck in my backyard and it gets the job done. Great product for a great price! October 27, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst floodlight ever Have 6 of these at our sub-division entrance & have had 9 replacements since 11/2011. Nothing but trouble - Stay Away. September 5, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stay away Lithonia changed the design of this light a while back and I have had nothing but trouble with them. I've been installing the previous design for years without any problems. On one job I installed 2 and had to go back less than a month later and replace one of them. I thought it was a fluke, but on the next job, I installed 6 as replacements to existing CFL fixtures and have had to replace 4 within about 2 months, one of them twice. These fixtures are rated for outdoor use but seem to get water inside and short out the ballast. The only reason I've stayed with them on this job is that Home Depot keeps replacing them under warranty. As soon as the warranties expire, I'll find another fixture to use. March 25, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by For Exterior lights they do not hold up The problem seems to be ib the weatherproofing outdoor lights should not accumulate water inside. The design needs to be revisited July 27, 2015
