Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful well in any decor These lights were installed in a church, ladies restroom. Several months ago purchased them elsewhere online for installation in the mens rest room and paid $30.00 more for each, so when I found these at for less...did not hesitate ordering 8 lights. Delivery was about one week, no damage and no problems....extremely happy with these lights and with home depot...thank you November 8, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by beautiful and affordable We bought this light to replace an existing fluorescent light in our kitchen. It looks so much better. My husband was able to put this up with minimal assistance from me. We went from a clear cover to this tinted shade and it does produce less light. We love how it has easily and inexpensively upgraded our kitchen! July 23, 2011
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice looking lights for a fair price We put two in our kitchen and I am pleased with the look and the price. Be sure to buy the T8 bulbs for them before starting to install. We didn't think about the possibility the old floresent bulbs not fitting the new lights, and they didn't. We were in the dark until we went and bought new bulbs. October 31, 2011
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful, matches our kitchen Like the product for our kitchen; requires more than average expertise for installation. Ordered two previously but one failed to operate after a few months. This one was a replacement. Has performed well so far. January 15, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good replacement light for Kitchen I haven't installed it yet but it arrived timely and not broken. It is 4 foot long by 2 foot across so perfect for a galley kitchen like the one I am installing it in. I don't expect it to be difficult to install. November 1, 2011
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Looks nice but not a beginner project Nice product for price paid. Diffuser cuts down on light output but looks nice in kitchen July 31, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Almost need sunglasses at first....then So the old kitchen light was looking like a strobe light and I couldn't take it anymore. I chose this product for a couple of reasons. 1- from what I could tell, this is a simular style to the rest of the lighting in our home. 2 - The size of the unit itself would perfectly fit where the old light was and no touching up the ceiling would be I thought. Ok, onto the install. Removed the old fluorescent fixture and hooked up the new unit. WOW, thought we would be seeing spots in our eyes for days! THEN we put the cover on it. Talk about night and day....I thought what the heck happened here. The picture on the website does not show just how dark this cover is. We have Biscuit color appliances and cream cabinets with light yellow wall paint. Unfortunately this fixture has given everything a greenish hue and now the appliances, cabinets and walls all look the same color - which I will name "unattractive". BTW this cover is also very cheep looking. As far as the size of this unit, do not believe what they say for dimensions. The description on here says this is 11 inches wide assembled - which is not the case. This unit assembled is only 9 1/2" wide so now I have uncovered holes to patch from the old fixture. I still have not decided if we are keeping this fixture yet as I have noticed that it has a tendency to make some creaking noises.....which I assume is from all the light and heat being retained in the cover.
