CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 1.8 out of 5 by 16 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by only last 6 months the ballast only last 6 months. The replacement of ballast cost more than light fixture itself. October 19, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Ballast failed after 13 months. Replaced a 50 year old kitchen fixture with this to save energy. With the dual circular light bulbs, I thought this would provide adequate light at minimal cost for my renter. Bad idea. This fixture was cutting out a year later, and after two visits from the electrician, it was declared dead due to the ballast. June 4, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by STORE DOES NOT CARRY REPLACEMENT BULBS I CANNOT FIND REPLACEMENT BULB. AND THEY ONLY LAST APROX 6 MONTHS October 13, 2011
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worked until it didn't When I bought my new home this fixture was already installed. I raved about how the bulb lasted for well over 2 years. And then it just stopped. No flickering. No warning. No nothing. The light just stopped working. Purchased 2 replacement bulbs from home depot (which only sells them near this fixture and not with the other light bulbs). Didn't work. So then I went to Lowes (they don't carry them). Long story short - 3 bulbs, 3 car trips, and a series of circuit breaker trips later, I decided this fixture was just dead. Wish I had read the review earlier about the ballast. May 27, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Ballast after 6 months The ballast died after 6 months. A replacement costs $20+, and a new fixture is only $29.....Lithonia Lighting needs to fix this problem, because from reviews this has been an issue with these lights for quite some time. March 25, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by REPLACEMENT BULBS IMPOSSIBLE FIND I bought this light a few months ago and the bulb went out in this small amount of time. Then, I couldn't find the bulb anywhere including Home Depot where this is sold. Save yourself the money and frustrations. Don't buy it!! Now I'm out the money and the only way to get a bulb is to order it online!! July 10, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Cheaper to replace and fix Bought nearly four years ago this month. Was great over the dining room table (basic, clean, decent light). Went on the fritz last week and as others have said, if its the bulb or the ballast its nearly as much to buy new from HD than to replace the ballast ($40 shipped). So I will be going back to HD and see if I get a great manager to help me out and replace it or I'll just trash it and find a new fixture to replace it. Lithonia really? Such a specific hard to find bulb and insane ballast? How do they make money on these?!?!?!?! February 9, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Just awful quality Eats thru lamps, ballast is bad quality. Stay away from this one! August 26, 2012
