Very pleased with this light. I put it on the rear of my house, 18 ft. Provides more light than I really expected, and the LED is more pleasing other lighting I have had.

I read the reviews here, as well as visited the manufacturers website prior to purchasing this light. It seemed too good to be true, to be able to get as much light as I wanted from a 7" L.E.D fixture. I am very glad I made this purchase, the install was a snap, output is very bright & white (so glad to be rid of my pink back yard at night). The best thing is I will be paying 80% less to operate it versus my old fixture! Oh, my install was at a height of 18'. The maximum recommended height is 20' for a 60' spread, so I went with 18' for a 55' spread just to get a little more light.

Extremely thrifty is this little gem of a light. And don't let its small size fool you (weighing in at just under two pounds). Mounted at a height of 18', it puts enough light on the ground to flip a dime and play the "heads or tails" game. Best of all, drawing only 21 watts to operate, I can run it every night for a week and not spend that dime!
When it came time to replace my wallet busting 175w MH area lights, I had no problem choosing this little baby … doing so was truly a no brainer.

A bit pricey but will pay for itself over time. Sufficient light to cover the width (24') of my pole barn. Mounted about 12' above ground. Now I hope it lasts with all the salt air it's exposed to. Photo attached is from about 200' with Iphone.

I have had this light since August 2014 and it's come on every night.Full brightness even in the bitter cold. Photo cell works good. I replaced a Regent 175w mercury vapor that was there when I got the house. Its not as bright but the extra light the old light put out shined in my neighbors house, yard etc. Not good. The optics are much better on this light and keep the light in my yard now no more glare . It's mounted on a 2 story home about 2 feet below the gutter. Mounting holes matched up with old light. Much better looking than the big ugly light it replaced and plenty bright. lights up a large area

not worth what you pay for it. says it lights up to 60 feet but it is on a pole about 20 foot high and it lights up an area about 20 feet around it. very disappointed, paid for it & paid an electrician to install it and now am stuck with it unless i want to pay an electrician again to take it down & buy another one & pay again to have it installed. wouldn't buy it unless you're lighting a VERY small area

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BuckarooDave Replace those Brinks Vapor Lights!
I have two utility lights that came with the house. They are Brinks brand from Walmart. I was tired of replacing the expensive bulbs as often as I had to. Also ate a great deal of electricity. Finally, fed up I decided to give this light a chance. Best decision I have made. Excellent coverage and low energy usage. I started replacing one and was so impressed I have replaced them all. These are excellent quality, sensor never fails, and the mounts fit existing Brinks mount holes. Took ten minutes, nine to go up a 10 foot ladder to replace the one on top of my utility pole!
