Tandem 4-Light White Fluorescent Ceiling Strip Lighting Fixture is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 36.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this fixture Very poor quality. Should not cost 75$ for such a cheaply made product. The tombstone ends that the lamps twist into are so flimsy and cheap that the lamps would not even stay in the sockets without making cardboard shims to stuff between them. I would have returned the fixtures if i hadn't already wasted so much time installing and wiring them. Don't waste your time.

They came with "Osram" ballasts. I installed Phillips LED bulbs that I purchased at Home Depot and they came on for 20 minutes and went out. The light was already installed so I went back to the store and purchased Phillips ballasts and the light is working fine. I had the same problem a couple weeks ago with lights I purchased at the Mechanicsburg Home Depot. I like the lights and am loyal to Home Depot but this problem needs to be corrected.

Light is a little chintzy, I had to make hanging clips of heavy gauge wire for the ends to hang from the shop ceiling with chains. One ballast went out after only 2 years. I will be changing over from fluorescent to LED for instant light in a cold area. 50-50 if they are worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mom Approved Bought these for my Mom's craft area in the garage. The existing lighting fixture was very dim and my Mom needed more lighting. We had these installed and she's absolutely happy with how bright the area is.

Four year apprenticeship. Graduated from IBEW NJATC apprentice program. 41 years in electrical construction and raised by a Master Electrician. I'm no stranger to installing light fixtures. I know well made ones and poorly made ones. This fixture was below poorly made: 1. The lamp sockets do not fit into the metal receptacle well. The are loose and tilt back whenever the tube is installed. I am concerned that they won't stay in place and the tube will fall out. 2. The sheet metal plates for the lamp sockets don't fit well into the body of the fixture. The are loose and the body spreads open. 3. The end caps are supposed to tap into the frame/body of the fixture easily. These take excessive force to get in and another person to guide the tab back into the body in order to seat properly. 4. The clips that hold to diffusers on are not long enough to go all of the way into the lamp holder plates. They get mangled up and twist when rotate 90 degrees. Overall, I'd rate this as Do Not Buy. I have installed a lot of Lithonia fixtures in my time but, this is the worst product they've ever put their name on. Disappointing. And I still have one more that I have to go coax into place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy! Wish I had read the other reviews before buying! Comes with NO instructions, mounting is a pain, and it is the weakest piece of junk. Other reviews are correct the bulb holders are SO flimsy that it was a nighttime to get them to stay in, had to reinforce with zip ties. Avoid this product at all costs!
