Customer Questions & Answers

Does this remove the green mold from side of house?

Looking to purchase something instead of renting a pressure washer to clean the siding of house. Will this work?
Asked by: SamW
This is not a pressure washer but it does provide a strong spray assuming your water pressure is normal. It may work to remove mold if you pre-soak the siding with a quality siding cleaner applied with a gallon sprayer. This nozzle's best application is keeping your vehicles clean and general cleanup for windows , etc.

Mine will not turn off. Is there a fix for this? The nozzle spins and closes, but the water continues to come out.

Asked by: BC
I'm not sure -- if it closes, I don't know how water is still coming out -- but it is warrantied against leaking (if you can return it along with your original receipt). You might try contacting the company at or 949-276-5252.

Does it come with a warranty?

I purchased this nozzle at Homedepot about 7 month ago and didn't keep the receipt I started using it on March 2016 No more than 7 times and I must say its the best nozzle I ever had I love it , but then The rubber gasket swelled causing the flow adjuster to separate from its base. I can't return it cause I don' have the receipt ... My best advise will be Keep all your receipts!!!

I purchased this super nozzle from Home depot about 1 month ago, used it once, was happy with it. Can't get it to work now.

Went to used it to hose out the garage, a small piece of grass was lodged in the washer, took the grass out, but now it seems that I can't turn the nozzle to adjust the spray, nothing happens.
Asked by: Loosewheel
It's possible it could be clogged up from small particles.

Super Nozzle is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 430.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid little nozzle At first I thought this was a part of a larger assembly, with the exposed ball bearings and whatnot. But now having used it, I appreciate the genius behind this minimalist design with few moving parts and great performance. This thing isn't as fancy as wand or trigger based designs, but this is also 1/10th the size and 1/3 the price of those other designs, plus it has no springs that will wear out or plastic that will seize. The machining is high quality and this seems like it will last. We'll see. But for now I love this little thing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent small, sturdy nozzle Bought my first one more than five years ago and it's still going strong -- despite wintering outside and me forgetting (more than once) to leave it in the open position when turned off. It's not fancy, and if you're looking for something like a soaker head or wide spray for delicate plants, you can probably do better, but if you just need a reliable nozzle for cleaning gutters and siding, washing the car, watering the lawn and garden, etc., you can't do better than this. I paired it with an ultra-light hose, and it's fantastic -- light and convenient, and easy to open and close, with no leaks. As a bonus, my kids love the fact that you can dial it down to a pinpoint spray, and they use it to "write" on the sidewalk -- and squirt each other. As another bonus, it's made in the USA by disabled vets. I like it so much I just got another one for the front yard. Five stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do This For Better Performance & Durability.... 1) Do NOT store this nozzle with it closed (the ball bearings pinching the green stem). ALWAYS store this (anytime when not using) with it fully opened. This will help the green stem to last longer and keep it in proper working condition. 2) use a 3/4 in. threaded brass shut-off coupling/ball valve in combination with the Super Nozzle. This will aid in complete shut off of the water stream while still leaving the nozzle open which helps in following step #1 above. Hope this helps.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not nearly as much pressure as it advertised and we... Not nearly as much pressure as it advertised and we have very high water pressure to begin with. Not only was the pressure not what I expected but the shape of the water stream was not what I expected either. It was less of a stream and more misty as you tightened the nozzle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Little Big Shot Super Nozzle was disappointing in as much as it isn't really any better than any ... Little Big Shot Super Nozzle was disappointing in as much as it isn't really any better than any of the six other nozzles I already have. Had I bought it I think I would return it. I have a twist nozzle like this, only longer, made of brass that cost me a lot less and it does the same thing just as well. I'm basing this review on eight factors I observed. 1. - (negative), I think it's overpriced at almost nine dollars. 2 - (negative), The power sweep setting is disappointingly weak. I have two imitation miniature fire nozzles that put out a stronger stream and the Little Big Shot Super nozzle will never replace either of them when it comes to washing down the patio and driveway. Question: is the incoming water restriction hole too small? I have a plastic fire nozzle from the 99 cents store that puts out a stronger stream and so does the miniature fire nozzle I bought from Harbor Freight tools. 3. + (positive), It has wide variations of spray from off to the sweep setting at full open. 4.- (negative), I wonder if it would be legal to use locally and in other parts of California? We were given pistol type nozzles by our water department and warned no to use your type because when you release the pressure on the pistol handle the water automatically shuts off. We are still living under water conservation regulations. 5. + (positive), It's small- compact 6. + (positive), It's light weight 7. + (positive), It's brass so it shouldn't rust? 8. - and + I'm guessing the ball bearings are stainless steel but I've seen those rust after a year long exposure to the elements. I'm sorry that I can't be more positive about this product. If you send me postage paid packaging I'll be glad to send it back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from An average twist type nozzle I already wrote a review on the Little Big Shot Super Nozzle a couple of months ago and nothing has changed. For a twist type water nozzle it gives a variety of sprays but the solid stream setting you would use for washing off a patio or driveway was disappointingly weak. Also in southern California for the last couple of years of drought we were encouraged by the water police to only use nozzles with a dead man's feature that instantly ceases the flow of water when you release the handle. The Little Big Shot doesn't do that. Originally I had hopes for it but it has already been replaced by a competitor's adjustable pistol type nozzle on a short wand you sold me a year or two ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality built I have gone through many spray nozzles that were the last nozzle you would ever need. This small brass nozzle is amazing in its simplicity and large in its quality. The spray pattern is varied from jet stream to mist to very tiny stream by just twisting the nozzle head. Not as much variableness in pattern that I'm used to, but adequate for watering plants. The beauty that I like is the size and ease of varying the patterns. It is not much larger than the end of the hose.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from decent option for the price For $9 you get a pretty good range of pressure to mist without having to hold the trigger constantly. I purchased it to clean a driveway and it was strong enough to knock off buildup, but went back to the store to rent a pressure washer to really get things clean. This nozzle will replace the one I had for cleaning my car. The only con for me was after disconnecting the nozzle from the hose, the green malleable plastic part in the middle came out and allowed the ball bearings to fall out. It took me almost 15 minutes to find them in the grass and get them all back together. Depending on the intended use, I would recommend this to others.
