Answer:
Make sure you did not lose the ball bearings. I noticed that when i remove the nozzle from the hose, it sometimes pulls the gasket out, and the ball bearings are only held in place by the gasket. If they fall out, and are lost, the nozzle is useless

Answer:
Two things. One: make sure the bearing race is clean. Mine jammed on me because of grit. Took patience and a tooth pick the clear it. Two: Be aware of the silicone flange. The folds are crucial to the performance. They need to be oriented like a flower. Hope this helps.

After posting review feedback, the manufacturer contacted me about my issue and review. Maybe he will respond to you.
My advice is to return to store if you are unable to do that I used my bench vise and some water pump pliers to free up mine came apart and I put it back together but a lock seal was ruined. It sprayed but not the same as new.

Mine will not turn off. Is there a fix for this? The nozzle spins and closes, but the water continues to come out.

Sounds like the silicone valve is splayed. You will want to take a small tool (toothpick) and make sure the "leaves" of the silicone are symmetrical. Should look like a peace sign when you look at it. Hope this helps.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Do This For Better Performance & Durability.... 1) Do NOT store this nozzle with it closed (the ball bearings pinching the green stem). ALWAYS store this (anytime when not using) with it fully opened. This will help the green stem to last longer and keep it in proper working condition. 2) use a 3/4 in. threaded brass shut-off coupling/ball valve in combination with the Super Nozzle. This will aid in complete shut off of the water stream while still leaving the nozzle open which helps in following step #1 above. Hope this helps. May 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Heavy, Interesting Pinpoint Nozzle For the size of the nozzle, 1 3/4" long, the effectiveness is amazing, There is a cylindrical piece of a soft rubbery substance in the center where the water comes out. As you screw the brass nozzle, three ball bearings are squeezed into the rubbery substance causing the spray to be anywhere from a fine pinpoint to a wider power spray. When set as a pinpoint spray, the water went about 20' as a pinpoint. Just very fascinating. I didn't really get a spray that you'd use as a light shower for floral plantings. This is a more precise harder spray. I can see definite uses for this, just not sure I'd use to water plants at a close distance. In the photo you can see how the ball bearings have squeezed the opening partially shut. This is how the spray is controlled. This nozzle didn't leak and seems to be a heavy duty nozzle. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Little Big Shot - yes... Super Nozzle - maybe The Little Big Shot Super Nozzle is a nicely constructed, Brass + what appears to be stainless steel ball bearings and soft rubber gasket/inner. The cone on the top screws up and down squeezing in the ball-bearings on the rubber constrictor / gasket in the middle of the nozzle. This constrictor full open produces a very nice strong stream of water that easily reaches 25 feet with my houses water pressure (similar to other 'full or stream' nozzles). As you constrict / un-wind the top of the nozzle it makes the stream reduce to a misty spray and then eventually what the box calls 'needle' spray. I'm not entirely sure how useful or what you could use the needle spray for. It doesn't have much more pressure than the full open, its just about the width of a mechanical pencil lead. So if you are looking for a nozzle to send water in a nice strong stream at something, and have it be as minimal as possible, without any sort of shut-off valve. Then this is the nozzle for you. I really applaud the construction of this nozzle, it feels like it should last a long time. Of course a summer outside in the texas sun will soon prove that statement. February 22, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good basic nozzle I have a well and pump at my home. So I am always looking for ways to both save water and boost my water pressure. This a solidly made, compact and basic nozzle that accomplishes both of these tasks. It built of solid metal except for the green flexible rubber washer material.I wanted something small and durable to leave on my hose at all times and this product works very well. It allows for a very strong stream of water when fully open. Then with a simple twist of the nozzle and it creates a very thin, extremely powerful stream of water that worked very well to clean off my grill and some home tools. December 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good customer service I purchased this nozzle over the summer of 2015. It failed a few times after using it very lightly in my yard. I wrote a negative review here on the HD site. I was quickly contacted by the company to look into the issue I had with the nozzle. They wanted it back to see how it had failed but I had already put it in the trash. The company worked with me and fixed the problem. I am a little concerned about the product but the company was very concerned with making sure I was ultimately satisfied. Thank you. May 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Powerful Little Nozzle The Little Big Shot Super Nozzle is very durable because it is made from solid brass. It is also lightweight. I used this nozzle to clean a very clogged fiber filter from my pond. The nozzle had excellent pressure and distance to clean the filter without needing to be too close. It worked better than any nozzle I have had in the past. I would fully recommend this product May 21, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Such A Big Shot I compared the Big Shot against a regular brass nozzle and didn't see much difference between them. As for the pinpoint feature, the spray is very light and I question its usefulness. I'll be returning the Little Big Shot. May 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by worthwhile purchase I like the smallest of the nozzle, which allows me to get under the wheel wells of our car and clean out the mud and salt that accumulates in some of the recesses. Variability of spray patterns is good. I haven't had occasion to use the "firehose" narrow stream, but it will probably come in handy at some point. I mounted it after a shut-off valve right on the hose, which means I don't have to keep turning the nozzle to shut off the water supply. I've only used the unit 3 times so far, so I can't comment on how durable it is, but I expect to have it for quite a while--no plastic parts to break. One caution: the instructions say to open up the nozzle completely when not using it, but don't give a reason. I suspect that keeping it closed will deform the compressible nylon tube inside the brass nozzle. May 3, 2016
