Make sure you did not lose the ball bearings. I noticed that when i remove the nozzle from the hose, it sometimes pulls the gasket out, and the ball bearings are only held in place by the gasket. If they fall out, and are lost, the nozzle is useless

Two things. One: make sure the bearing race is clean. Mine jammed on me because of grit. Took patience and a tooth pick the clear it. Two: Be aware of the silicone flange. The folds are crucial to the performance. They need to be oriented like a flower. Hope this helps.

My advice is to return to store if you are unable to do that I used my bench vise and some water pump pliers to free up mine came apart and I put it back together but a lock seal was ruined. It sprayed but not the same as new.

Yes. It removed the green mold from my aluminum siding. It also removed mold from my concrete patio. I did not try it on brick and mortar - but depending on your water flow - I'd test it in a small area to make sure it doesn't remove cracked mortar.

Answer:
It depends, in large part, on the operating pressure of your water supply. I am on a private well operating at 1/3 to 1/2 less pressure than a city system; to provide it an assist, I sprayed the siding with a diluted water/bleach solution at a ratio of 8:1 and let it set for 5 minutes - the nozzle cleaned it all off like a champ (photos attached).

This nozzle works better than any other nozzle I have used, but still not as well as a pressure washer. Molds vary in their resistance to being removed, so I can't answer your question directly, but you might want to try this nozzle on the mold. It is much less expensive than a pressure washer and it may work for you. If not you will find plenty of other uses for it.

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 345 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super Nozzle Talk about power in a small package. This nozzle is a dynamo. First off its made by disabled veterans in america, it is made to last and take a beating. The simple turn adjustments make it easy to use. It gives you positive control right where you need it. The pin point spray will take the paint off a wooden post that needs painting. Power to spare. I used it to clean gutters and what a cleaning it did. I sprayed debris all over the side of the house it was so powerful it Cleaned the gutters with ease. Then I turned it down a bit and cleaned the side of the house. Now my house is clean and the gutters are cleaned out. IT is a great little nozzle, For the price it cant be beat. Simple operation but powerful results. June 21, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Nozzle I am impressed with the quality of materials and construction of the Super Nozzle. The stream is quickly adjusted by machined brass ring that runs on ball bearings. I am pleased with the ease of adjustment of the stream. Setting the stream for maximum strength and focus requires a little practice, since the adjustment ring is so easy to turn. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by As Advertised, Really is a Mighty Mite As it's time to wash my home's siding and exterior painted surfaces to remove the grime, mold, & mildew, I decided to try this as an alternative to my pressure washer - it worked great (before & after photos) and the pressure washer is now relegated to concrete surfaces only. Note that I'm on a private well for water and working pressure is typically 1/3 to 1/2 less than that of a city supplied system - in other words, results may vary. What I liked: 1) It is powerful enough for me to stand on the ground and deliver a cleansing stream of water to the peak of the 2nd story 2) For watering plants, I could stand 30 feet away and deliver a good stream of water to specific plants 3) It's compact design allows for a more neutral wrist position than pistol type nozzles, reducing stress 4) It supports disabled veterans I would recommend this product. June 24, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Powerful spray but The sprayer is powerful but can not close it enough to shut the water completely off. When it is closed it still has a small stream of water coming out. June 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Do This For Better Performance & Durability.... 1) Do NOT store this nozzle with it closed (the ball bearings pinching the green stem). ALWAYS store this (anytime when not using) with it fully opened. This will help the green stem to last longer and keep it in proper working condition. 2) use a 3/4 in. threaded brass shut-off coupling/ball valve in combination with the Super Nozzle. This will aid in complete shut off of the water stream while still leaving the nozzle open which helps in following step #1 above. Hope this helps. May 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Heavy, Interesting Pinpoint Nozzle For the size of the nozzle, 1 3/4" long, the effectiveness is amazing, There is a cylindrical piece of a soft rubbery substance in the center where the water comes out. As you screw the brass nozzle, three ball bearings are squeezed into the rubbery substance causing the spray to be anywhere from a fine pinpoint to a wider power spray. When set as a pinpoint spray, the water went about 20' as a pinpoint. Just very fascinating. I didn't really get a spray that you'd use as a light shower for floral plantings. This is a more precise harder spray. I can see definite uses for this, just not sure I'd use to water plants at a close distance. In the photo you can see how the ball bearings have squeezed the opening partially shut. This is how the spray is controlled. This nozzle didn't leak and seems to be a heavy duty nozzle. April 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice, a little different than expected, love it any way! This nozzle is well built and is one of the best single narrow stream hose tips I've ever seen. It is slightly different in the fact that it as you change the stream it doesn't fan out quite the same as some, it keeps more of the single stream but reduces the flow all the way down to a very thin stream of water with very little pressure instead of making a "fan" of water like most other nozzles. Love it, works great, doesn't leak at the hose connection. August 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by best nozzle I've used in years delivers all that it promises, fine mist to pressure washer and all setting in between, durable, brass so it can be dropped and not break, nice small size, made in USA ( would prefer a Canadian made product but at least it is not made in China!) by disabled vets . Great product and good Karma . August 21, 2016
