3M Cardiology III Adult/Pediatric Stethoscope in Gray is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Trusty stethoscope I bought this during nursing school 12 years ago. I use it every day, then cram it in my backpack. It retains it's shape very well, and has perfectly clear sound. It still looks brand new! I wipe it with alcohol between patients and caviwipes at the beginning of every shift. My peers often ask to use my stethoscope because it's better than theirs. I have a maroon color tubing and it's color hasn't faded at all. I haven't needed to replace the diaphragm or the ear buds. I love this thing! Highly recommend it! (I work in a pediatric hospital, and have used my stethoscope on every unit- critical care, cardiac, hem/onc, ED, med/surf, OR, etc. I've also worked adult critical care)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I bought this a month ago and I love it but I wish that there was a way where you can adjust the volume based on how low or high you want to hear body sounds

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality diaphragm I purchased the Cardiology III at the beginning of Paramedic School in August. I also started working for the local Emergency Ambulance Service. By October the large diaphragm, had a large indention/ significant scratch. I went online to Littmann and filled out a form for a warranty on the Chestpiece. Never Heard back from them. Now in January the large diaphragm cover fell off. Very poop customer service

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my cardiology scope! I bought this as a graduation gift to myself after nursing school 2 years ago, and I love it. I had the Classic II during school, and this is such an improvement. I'll get in report that a patient has very diminished breath sounds, but I can always hear breath sounds very clearly with this stethoscope. The only two things that bother me about this scope is that some of the ceil blue color has worn off and is showing black in some places, and that it feels very heavy on my neck. But these factors don't affect the functionality, so overall - an amazing stethoscope :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CLEARLY the best I have a Littmann Classic II I have used as a nurse aide and through nursing school. I wanted a Cardiology III but wasn't sure if it was "stupid" because I already had a perfectly nice and functional stethy. I was given the Cardiology III as a graduation gift and I am SO happy with it. I notice a difference in quality even between the same Littmann brand. I love the dual head and tuning capability enabling me to use the same stethy for adults and peds- perfect if you work in a setting where either could be your patient. It's also awesome to be able to use the small head for auscultating the carotid, etc.
