3M Master Cardiology Stethoscope in Black with Black Coated Chest Piece and Binaurals is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Stethoscope on the Market My first master cardiology stethoscope lasted 24 years. I just purchased my second one. The acoustic sounds are outstanding. I can hear fine details with lung and heart sounds. The stethoscope is easy to clean. This stethoscope is well worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from from the combat medic, the ambulance, the the ER Bought mine when I was a Navy corpsman with the Marines and aboard a ship. Sure it might have been overkill, but I wanted something that would last and would perform well. I got out of the Navy and transitioned to a paramedic while I was in nursing school. Again the Master Cardiology performed flawlessly, and got it's first re-tube. After nursing school, I went to work in the ER where I've been outside a brief stint in the ICU ever since. It's required 2 re-tubes, and I've noticed people complaining about that. I guess if you expect something that hangs around your neck and takes this much abuse and use you are being a little unrealistic. Do you also expect your shoes to last forever? I'm now passing my Master Cardiology on to my nephew who is entering the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. I'm sure he'll be passing it on to someone else in 30 years, and it'll work as flawlessly as it did for me the day I bought it. Not many pieces of medical equipment you can say that about, now is there?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good looks and acoustics but keeps cracking I have has this scope for the last 10 years and had to send it back x 2 because the left ear tube keeps cracking and with average use and extra care provided to scope and no abuse

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best stethoscope on the planet Simply the best stethoscope available. Crystal clear sound (beats any available product, including electronic type), durable tube, easy-to-grab chestpiece, easy to clean, 7-year warranty with a relatively reasonable price, cannot find a better choice. You want the hi-end stethoscope, and here's the hi-end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great I owned a classic when I received the hunter and brass edition as a gift. Its fantastic. No difficulty like with the classic listening to AF etc. Only downfall it's heavy. Other than that, fantastic.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great stethoscope, bad tubing. This has been my favorite stethoscope as an ER doc, but I am currently returning it due to the tubing being cracked in multiple places. This is the SECOND TIME this has happened in 6 years. Thankfully, Littmann makes return and repair easy for scopes under warranty, which this one is and has one year left. But I question why the vinyl tube is so fragile. I use vinyl tubing when I brew beer that runs boiling liquid through it, and they stay supple. Clearly from prior comments this is a recurring problem. Buying a replacement on Amazon is $85. Boo.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I had the Cardiology III, it was excellent. Upgraded to the cardiology IV and I'm not happy. Sound is not as good. I feel like I down graded instead of upgraded.
