NOTHING like it! I used this for subfloor. (Worked like a charm.) I've used it to seal air drafts in hidden areas. (Like the time I found mold on an interior/ exterior wall. Sealed the base..no problem) Recently I used it to glue tiny polished river rock to a support beam under a handicapped sink/counter. I have gotten nothing but compliments on the job, the PL color is hidden by the rock. (WARNING you an only do a few rows at a time or things slide off. TAKE YOUR TIME!)
Be sure to wear gloves, have a scrap piece of wood to lay the tube on.. and use a small heating pad to warm the tube . It helps the glue to flow better. HAPPY DESIGNING!
PS. I also used it on the floor where there were subtle changes in grade for a zero-clearance cricketed shower. If female, five foot nothing me can have fun with this..SO CAN YOU!

This stuff is easy to use with any caulk gun, and it WORKS, nothing is un-sticking once it's put up with this! used it to reinforce a self-sticking backsplash...

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Vacayday Better than liquid nails
I've noticed that this adhesive doesn't harden in the tube, like liquid nails does, so I don't worry about fighting with this every time I re-use the same tube. Once you get it coming out, it keeps coming out for a long time, even after you back up the caulk gun plunger. This stuff is really slick when wet, and hard to get off of your skin. However, it seems less messy than cheaper construction adhesives. It seems very strong when bonding two pieces together, however by itself, it seems to dry brittle. Clamp time is 24 hours. However, I've removed clamps sooner most of the time, without issue. So far, I'm liking this stuff.

I like this adhesive a lot. It's incredibly strong - especially when you put something where you don't want it... and have to remove it later. Measure thrice, glue once. It is, however, messy stuff. It sticks to everything, requires solvent clean up, and if you leave it on your fingers will take a day or more to wear off. This is compounded by the fact that the tube seems to contain an air bubble - and no amount of careful backing off of the caulk-gun plunger after application will prevent it slowly oozing for another 2-3 minutes. Lay it down on a scrap of something.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TheConstructionAcademy Great General Construction Adhesive!
I have used this product on subfloor, framing and general construction projects. I just used this project to adhere some crown molding that was pulling away from a wall. Not really what its intended use is but in all cases, from subfloor to the crown molding, this product dries fast, adheres great and gives me a TON of confidence. Absolutely use this for most all of your general construction needs.

This is hands down the best adhesive product I have ever used. It bonds quickly, so be sure you have things where you want them the first time, you won't get a second chance. Used this product outside at low temp and it performed awesome. Very strong. A bit smelly for interior work, but no odor at all once it is cured, which is less than 24 hrs.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Very strong product!!!!
I really liked the strength of this product. I used it on my kitchen sub-floor and it works great! My only concern was: the mess on my hands...you might want to keep some "Goof Off" painter wipes close to clean up any mess right away. That way your tools stay clean as well as your hands!
