The 200sx looks great, has a 60% duty cycle at 200 amps and is very quiet. A combination that is hard to beat in this price range. That being said, the accessories leave much to be desired. The argon regulator had to be replaced right out of the box but tech support had a new one shipped the same day I called.
I don't know why the folks at Longevity felt it necessary to include a hand held shield with a tig machine but that and the wire brush are basically worthless.
Also, the WP26 tig torch burned up after a little more than an hour total usage. I was informed by tech support that this is a common problem with that torch.
As for the foot pedal, I found it easy to use and very well made. It has an amperage control knob which I think is a nice touch. I've read some bad reviews about the foot pedal but I found it to be more than adequate.
In my opinion, this entry level machine is well worth the price without the accessories which is why I gave it five stars. Moreover, I would buy this machine again and I recommend it to anyone looking for an inexpensive quality tig welder. I've only had the 200sx for 4 months so I cannot comment on long term reliability but I will update my review if any other issues arise.

an outstanding entry-level TIG unit, the stick welding capabilities are a bonus
I did a comparison between this unit and the eastwood unit, I decided on this unit because it uses the newest inverter technology not the MOSFET which in reading reports from buyers seems to be less robust.
People say the torch is too heavy, but i found it okay, I am an experienced fabricator sculptor

This was the first time dealing with Home Depot and was very happy with the price, service, and product. The welder is exactly what I expected. It has done everything I wanted it to do (steel and aluminum). I will probably get the plasma cutter next. Thank you Home Depot.
