Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NikoSanDiego Very disappointing. Horrible instructions. Need to take it back.
Maybe construction is OK, but instructions on how to assemble and how to refill are horrible. Images are too dark to see any details. Directions very poorly written (from Chinese?). Cartridges do not fit easily. Not clear how to get air out system. Wasted 1/3 tube of grease figuring out how to fill. Second cartridge must have trapped air, will not expel grease properly -- what to do ?? Will return for a refund.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by lizard I don't know how to put it together
This is my first grease gun, as I have purchased my first device that requires periodic grease maintenance. There are instructions on how to wrap Teflon tape around threads, and there are instructions on how to open a can of grease. In three languages, with identical blurry pictures for each. I would appreciate instructions on how to assemble the actual device. I hate to look like a "stupid girl", but if I can't find decent advice in 18 hours, I am returning it to the store.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weldeverydamnday Don't listen to these people! Easy to use and works great.
This grease gun works just fine. It seems to me everybody who gave this product one star has never used a grease gun before. Every grease gun I've ever used loads and operates the same, including this one. It's definitely not more difficult. Assembly couldn't be easier also, choose the flex tube or ridged tube, thread it on to the head and your done. To insert the grease, pull back the plunger and lock it, remove the plastic cap from the grease tube and slide it into the grease gun, remove the foil cover on the grease tube and thread the head of the grease gun onto the body but leave it loose, release the plunger and push it all the way into the gun, squeeze the handle a couple times to purge the air, once grease starts coming out tighten it up and your good to go. If you ever get an air pocket, unscrew the head of the grease gun a half turn, squeez the handle a couple times to purge the air, tighten it up and your back in business. Easy right?? For $10 this thing is great. No problems or complaints.

Instructions are small....pictures are blurry black and white. Instructions made no sense wound up with a tube of grease ejecting before getting the top on. Fitting grip is solid, very solid, very very solid almost broke fitting getting it off. Will be returning on next trip to HD. What a piece of garbage.

Had to tape a dollar to it when I threw it away to say I threw away something! Instructions are lacking, and quality is equivalent to a pile of trash! Used for 5 min and after 3 tubes of grease, (which it never would put out the whole tube ) it wouldn't work anymore. Not worth the gas to return it! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! !!!!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HeavyUser Great gun for the cost
I bought the gun to see on my Jet Ski trailer and followed the directions and all worked well. I read the other reviews and most of them have the same problem. They can't follow directions and don't understand the difference in a 3oz grease gun and a 14oz. This unit is for toping off already full units not filling a resavoir or caliper. Obviously a 3oz tube will have only 3 ounces of grease in it. The grease gun will hold at least 9oz of grease. You must fill the gun with more grease to use on larger projects. That is why it comes in 3 packs it is for small projects not cars or trucks. It is for lawn movers small trailer maintenance or topping off a already full device for convenience. Works as supposed too...
