Answer:
I'm sure it would.. The box is 48" long and twenty inches high. The very bottom of the box that sits on the floor of the truck bed is approx 16" long. On the other end it runs approx 21" back to where it angles down to the bottom. Check the measurements on your truck bed.

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great buy for the money, very poor locking lid I like this box because it doesn't take up a lot of bed space. Compared to other brands of the same style it is considerably less. The box itself is built good. The lock is a joke. If you are looking for a tool box to keep valuable tools in then look elsewhere. I use this box to keep a tow chain, straps, bungee cords, some cheaper tools, etc. I don't work out of this box and the value of tools inside isn't high. The lid on the box doesn't seat down tight and could easily be broken into. I ordered latches for each side and I am going to remove the factory lock and blank the hole. The factory lock on the box stands out to much for my liking and doesn't look sleek April 28, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by because of my bedliner had to have body shop install, cost me $65.00...go figure. As stated above, because my pick-up, F150 with a durliner bed liner it's not for the average handy man. Has to have body shop install for me, cost me $62.00, complained to Lund International the manufactured...all I got was pictures of other brand of pick-ups with different bedliners from their engineer..wasn't much help that's why I went to professionals and they even had to scrathch they heads to get around how to install...day later they had it figured out and installed. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good box Good box, good quality, Great value. The installation can be tricky depending on how you are mounting it. July 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT PURCHASE Great deal and is universal for either side of the truck bed. June 30, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I prefer not to say anything, since you didn't accept my first review I prefer not to say anything since you didn't accept my first review in which I thought I had stated what I had to go thru to get this box installed. I canot recommend this product because it simply is not a DIY'er in my opinion. Thde tray inside did not slide, so, I had to take a sledge hammer to the inside to widen it to make it work as designed. March 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good truck box! The fender well truck box arrived with no damage. Be aware that you have to drill holes in your truck side rails to mount the box. Also be aware that if you have tie down hooks in your bed you may end up covering them with the box. I have a full size silverado. I mounted mine near the cab but had to slide it down maybe 6 inches to keep from covering a tie down.. I have a black truck and ordered the black box. It looks good. The lid was warped. It flared up on the ends like a wing. I placed a block of wood along the lip of the box and under the lid then pressed down on the lid on the ends. It removed most of the warp. I think these boxes are over priced since you can almost order a full width box for a little more money. However, I didn't want a full width box taking up more room in the bed. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. December 26, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by should be ok It was dented on one end when I received it, no big deal I hit it with a hammer and it is straight. if you are looking for a really secure box this isn't the one for you. It should keep the honest guy honest. I put a hasp on each end so i can lock it securely. The handle needed some caulking around it to make it watertight. It was the cheapest metal box I found. I got what I paid for. I keep tie downs and rope in it, for that it is perfect. March 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It works for me. I have a small bed on my truck and this tool box is almost as long. But I like it extra storage for tools and stuff. February 6, 2014
