Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Curt Works well but buzzes a bit
Bought this switch as recommended by manufacturer of a LED can light fixture and found that it still buzzes a bit no matter what the dimmer is set at. Be sure to check the manufacturer's recommendation for dimmer switch for LED applications.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bill Diva and Maetro Not Suitable for Low Wattage LED
I generally like Lutron dimmers but when I started to convert to LEDs in our house then I started to notice issues.
I was using Lutron Maestro almost exclusively but when I switched to LEDs i noticed that some 3-inch recessed lights would blink even when the dimmer was supposed to be off.
On a recent project where I added 6-WAC Lighting WL-LED100-C-WT to light a stairway the lights did not even go out at all when the dimmer was turned all the way down.
So, i researched the WAC Lighting recommendations and they suggested Lutron Diva. I thought this might be even a better solution since besides the dimmer function it also included a paddle switch that "must shut the voltage completely off."
I was surprised that even with the paddle switch off the switch still passed 88 u-Amps of current which keeps the 6-LED lamps lit.
See the pictures for proof. These pictures were taken with the switch in the OFF position.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by swtstf Not for use with fan/light combination
We love this switch for regular lights, it works great in our bathroom, dining room etc. It does not work well with a fan/light combination. We installed these in our bedrooms that have fans and the fans make a humming sound. We thought the fans were getting old and needed to be replaced but decided to change the switch back to a non dimming switch first. That solved the problem. I would give it more stars for lights that don't have a fan, just wanted people to be aware that they don't put out enough power for quiet fan operation even when they are turned fully on.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Handyman old switch replacement required
The plastic pivot on the old switch had broken, and the rocker felt loose, so the switch had to be replaced. Simple procedure, to replace the switch. Turn the power off at the breaker.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by None No maximum briightness
While this unit dims OK, it will not allow full voltage output and thus not full brightness. That's the way it gets its "eco" savings but the label does not warn you about this. In short, it works fine but only if you do not need the full original brightness of the lamp(s). I had to replace my 60 watt bulbs with 75's to get enough light when not dimmed.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by emg1 Works OK, didn't eliminate the hum
I had purchased a new dimmer in hopes it would eliminate the slight hum I got from the old dimmer. It did not eliminate the hum. However I'll keep it because I might switch to CFLs later on and the old dimmer was not designed for CFLs. I'll try different light bulbs for the hum.
The slider seems a little fragile but I'm not that hard on my fixtures so I think it will be ok. I sympathize with the other reviewer who commented on the difficulty of fitting modern switches into old house electrical boxes. I actually purchased this model because the back-end of the switch was smaller and more likely to fit that a less-expensive model I looked at in the store.
So, I would say this might work just fine for your house. The instructions are good, the quality seems ok.
