Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by MickeyD Switch is nice, but figuring out what bulb to buy is a nightmare.
The two stars is based completely on my frustration of finding a compatible bulb. If you want to go LED with this dimmer, the box says LED 150W. That's it. Employing just this criteria (which should say "150W maximum") narrows down the number of "compatible" bulbs by a factor of zero. Home Depot doesn't sell indoor LED bulbs that exceed 150W from what I can see so you should be able to buy any dimmable LED bulb...right? Wrong.
But wait! Lutron provides a bulb compatibility PDF file that will help! Trying to figure out what bulb to buy with this document reminds me of using microfiche in the 80s. I have an idea. How about I just type in my dimmer model # and you give me a list instead of having me wade through dozens of pages of a PDF on my phone in aisle 11. Or just put it on the stupid box! By this point I was in serious need of a hug.
You're probably saying to yourself "I'm actually reading your diabtribe while sitting in aisle 11. Could you please quit whining and wrap this thing up?!?!"
EcoSmart 60W dimmable LEDs made a loud buzzing sound with this dimmer at brighter settings. My second purchase was Cree 60W 5000K LEDs and so far they work perfectly with no buzzing.

It's nice to take the bright lights down about 50% when you first wake up on a dark morning or enjoying an extra friendly bath at night. Love it!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rob Great Dimmer for Recessed LEDs
I recently installed 3 recessed LED fixtures in my media room and selected this model to match existing on the other side of the room. I was happy to find the same make/model as what was on the other end of the room. Easy install and had no problems.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by philbo This Eliminated Light Flicker at low light levels
My lights would flicker at low light levels and sometimes turn off on their own. This dimmer completely eliminated that problem!!! This dimmer gives me consistent output at all levels Highly recommended!!

I bought 6 Cree CR30 65W equivalent bulbs and noticed with the Lutron Skylark Incadescent only dimmer (previously installed) they would flicker very fast and annoy me. So, I did some research and found this dimmer is approved by Cree and also by Lutron in independent tests for their Cree 65W equivalent BR30 bulbs. Easy installation and once it was installed, I did not see it flicker at all on any setting of the dimmer. In addition as you can see in the attached, the lowest setting on this SKYLARK 150 WATT 1-POLE 3-WAY PRESET CFL/LED DIMMER is the top bulb pictured and the other bulbs are the old Incandescent switch's lowest setting...as you can see the lowest setting is much more on par with an incandescent bulb in a dimmer. This really helps with the LED bulbs sold at HD so I would recommend using this device to dim LED bulbs.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cesar Nice looking switch
This switch is a bit bulky and if you have a small Junction box, it is difficult to align the face plate to its previous state. I would recommend this switch as a vanity switch and not an entry switch, as it's a little harder to get used to if you're switching from a toggle switch. You may mistake the lever as the main switch and overlook the actual on and off switch, so not good for a main entry. Overall, it's a good switch if you need it for a second light in a lit room.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rmdatnk If your recessed LED lights flicker, this is the one.
Has an adjustment for maximum and minimum under the switch plate cover. Had new recessed LED lights installed and they kept strobing on high. This switch is designed to curtail the highest and lowest settings which negatively affect the LEDs.
