Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Keith Good Dimmer, versitile and matches the other dimmers and switches.
We have this switch in multiple location: one is as a two-way switch running six LED floods in the Kitchen. An identical switch operates eight LED floods over the living-room TV-viewing area. A third single-pole switch operates the wagon-wheell chandelier with Edison bulbs - so this is a very versatile switch.
At the lowest setting the dimmer provides a mild ambient mood, while at the highest they give full illumination depending on the bulb wattage.
Wiring as a two-way was a bit tricky and as always it is vital to get the "traveler" wires correct so that the switch can be turned on and off from each location.
It matches the other wall switches nicely.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sileff Works Great, Installs Easy
Installation was simple (for an experienced DIYer) but beware that this device takes a generous amount of box space. The overall switch is aesthetically perfect and operates smoothly. The on/off switch is a bit small since we are accustomed to the large toggle switch. Overall it is a great product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DIYguy1 Update - bulb important
THIS UPDATES MY REVIEW OF June 16 2016. I tried several bulbs which indicated they would work, however did not work optimally. Those names will not be mentioned, but the bulb that now works properly all the time (and dims nicely) is a Phillips Soft White dimmable LED 60 watt equivalent. I don't care for the softer, more traditional 'warmer' glow of the light (very similar to a standard incandescent in color), but it works the way it should. I'll probably look for this brand/ style in the 'Daylight' model. Didn't mean to pan the switch when it, in fact, will work properly 100% of the time with the proper bulb.
