Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I have had this for 10 years and love it. I bought this thermostat about 10 years ago and it is easy to use and I love it. It has lowered my heating costs. I am looking to buy another one just in case this one quits working. LOVE IT> November 12, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Only lasted 2 seasons Got this in the fall of 2013, and in April 2015 it stopped working. No signal was being sent from the device to the furnace. Before that, every few months it would 'forget' it's programming and have to be reprogrammed again - which was not as simple as it should have been. September 27, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Simple & reliable This thermostat was installed 6 years ago in my house when we moved in. It was brain-dead simple to program heating/cooling cycles for our home and it worked exactly as expected from move-in for 6 years till we sold the home. We're now getting ready to move into a new home and I had to look this unit up so that I could buy another because the thermostat in the new home isn't programmable. To the previous reviewer who was upset about it not being backlit. Not only is it not advertised as backlit, but it's a completely insignificant feature. How often are you without the ability to flip the light switch on when you're reprogramming your thermostat (a once every couple of year event)? November 20, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy So easy to install and set. It is by far the easiest programmable thermostat I ever had. I just install a Honeywell and IT TOOK ME AN HOUR to figure out all the functions. With the LUX you can throw away instructions to program. Do not do with a Honeywell. I'm going to replace this Honeywell with a LUX. My only recommendation would be to buy their lit screen one instead of these black on grey numbers. Just easier on the eyes. November 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Miracle Worker I had a utility bill of 260 and once installing this product it dropped to 180. I was shocked but it is amazing. I have a 12 yr old who likes to crank it up but I can lock her out, and she says man Mom. Only thing I wish it had was display lighting. Where my thermostat is it has doesnt have bright lighting so its hard. I love this and I am thankful all its features are well suited for my family. April 1, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not waste your money I purchased this thermostat four years ago and it just puked on me. Go with a better model/name brand so you don't have to replace it in four years. July 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Happy with my choice Easy to install and to program. Like the times of day that it has to adjust temps for. July 22, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointed! This thermostat IS NOT backlit. Very disappointed! My husband installed this unit, and I only found this out after I tried to change the settings. Now we have to uninstall, install the old unit and find something similar that is actually backlit. Home Depot...correct the description on your website. November 3, 2013
