Both doors are 68 inches in length yet one of them (the inside door) is about an inch from the track, so water goes out onto the floor. Hardware doesn't adjust so I do I eliminate gap?

Answer:
Already tried adjusting the hardware, door still not low enough. Also was sent a plastic strip to put on the bottom of the door by Delta which was supposedly the revision. This was useless and makes the door look cheap. I am extremely disappointed and will not suggest Delta shower doors to my customers.

The roller brackets have three positions for adjustability. To lower the door, remove the screw connected with the roller and move the roller to the upper most hole. Reinstall the roller and hand tighten securely. When you reinstall the shower door, again wearing safety glasses and gloves, your door should be lower towards the track.
