A) Does the In-Line Heater plumbing line fully drain out when the tub is drained? Also, how is the In-Line Heater plumbing cleaned periodically?

Fear is mold build-up in the plumbing line and also since the water circulates through the plumbing line to heat the water, soap and body grime also circulates through that plumbing line and must be cleaned periodically. How are these issues handled?

B) Are the tub side and base exterior walls insulated?

Answer:
The water lines are set up to have a draft with the outlets being the lowest point so that the lines are drained. Additionally instructions state that periodic preventive maintenance is needed by running a bleach cycle. The tub and wall have a fiberglass backing the acts as an insulator.
