I measured the tub currently in our bathroom and it measures 29 inches wide, 59 inches long and 14 inches high. This particular tub that I am looking to purchase is 30 inches wide, 60 inches long and 16 inches high. Will I have any issues with faucets and the plumbing already installed in the walls?

The bathtub is exactly 59.875" wide and 30" deep and needs a 60"x30" opening. If you have the room for the tub, you should be able to get the tub in and have no issues with the wall plumbing. There may, however need some plumbing for drain location.
