Customer Reviews

Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The instruction for installation are horrendous! Instructions are given for several products this company sells and you must decide which one fits your particular door. Parts are not clearly labeled and the installation directions are very vague. Doors are very heavy - do believe that they will not be durable - can see a replacement product in near future. Would not purchase again. June 13, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Shower door install This door looks good but is very hard to install. The instructions leave lots to be desired. Poor explanations. I put this up for a friend and I don't think I would put up another one. The swinging door is a poor design. It is so heavy, I can't see this unit staying where it should be. The door sweep is to stiff that it falls off 3 out of 5 times you open the door. I told my friend to hang onto his receipt because I am sure they will have warranty issues. August 5, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Door is falling apart after two weeks of use. Looks great, but is falling apart after very limited use. Fixed glass came dislodged from weight of pivot door opening and closing. Hoping their is a fix. Will essentially need to remove and reinstall. Concerned that the small plastic guide that clips to the rail at bottom of glass is not sufficient to hold the fixed glass in place. Felt like this was an expensive choice - will not be happy if the issue cannot be resolved. July 16, 2015
