Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BobbyPins Very nice tile, but
I installed this tile a year ago in my master bath only used by my wife and I. I would not use in a high traffic area. Although it is very durable, if it should chip the white porcelain will show. This has not happened to me. This is a glazed tile, not full body color through and through. There is a lot of variation in the colors which is very nice and gives a slate like appearance, but order extra than normal because some of the tiles look like they are a completely different style and cannot be used with the rest. There is a thin white edging that is covered by the grout.
That being said this is a very nice tile and a good price, but I wouldn't use it in a kitchen or larger area. Great on walls too.

No where in the tile decriptions can I find specification for through-body color, so the only way to know is from reviews. I'm disappointed, because I ordered one box so I could see samples, and the tiles are beautiful with lots of variation among tiles. But I am trying to decide if I can live with basically a white tile with a very thin veneer of pattern which, if it chips, will be hard to disguise the white behind it. The edges have a faint white line which may or may not be disguised after grouting, but I don't think I want to take the chance. I may consult my tile layer before returning, but I do wish this site could include specs for through-color or not. At this price, I expected a through-body porcelain....

I am building a log cabin. I needed a durable, non-slip and good looking floor for the kitchen area. I was contemplating using slate, but, decided it would be too rough a texture and too hard to clean/maintain.
I searched the internet sites that handle ceramic & porcelain tile. I ended up on Home Depots website and perused products they had to offer. I saw these tiles and read the other reviews from the people who bought them. So, I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. They look fabulous installed on the floor.
I am happy I chose this tile. Each tile has so much depth and variation to the color it will blend in perfectly when my kitchen area is complete with natural cherry cabinets and green soapstone countertops.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kirsten Great Tile, however not exactly as it looks
This is a great tile. The 20 by 20's went into our family room and kitchen 3 years ago and we just recently ordered more for the living room and the hall. However we were surprised to find a big pattern on the 20 by 20's that you do not see in any of the samples. This pattern is nice, but made it a challenge to layout well. I personally laid out every tile for my contractor and when he accidentally turned one by 90degrees, you can see it in the pattern.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Beautiful tile with many variations!
This tile has about 5 variations in pattern and color. When we discovered that it was much easier to lay. The tile is very expensive looking and has gorgeous earthy tones. Used it for kitchen, foyer and laundry room and couldn't be happier. You will need a good wet saw. Tile is very thick.

This is beautiful tile that has significant variations and looks very high-end. (NOTE: a couple of the pieces had so much personality that using an entire field tile in my small application would have looked weird. I just cut a couple of these wild tiles for end/fill-in pieces on this bath tub surround.) The tile arrived quickly and completely intact! Would use again.

The mottled brown picture on the website doesn't do justice to this tile. It does a good job representing one of the patterns, but one of the other "genres" of pattern can be seen in the 13x13 Jade Ochre picture. The color ranges from a true sage green to browns and tans. Overall dark, but so pretty that we actually switched our plan from a darker to a lighter countertop to accommodate this darker tile. Absolutely gorgeous with the piano tile backsplash with pale green and blue glass with some dark brown.

Great tile, but have a really good wet saw to work with it. The cross section parameters of the tile is lovely, please refer to the attached photo. Thanks too, for your people in the store who answer with a straight face, my really dumb questions!
