Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SDMomof2 Gorgeous plank tile flooring
We replaced our cheap builders grade flooring with this beautiful wood look tile. We initially had opted to go with laminate flooring until we saw this on display at our local home depot. Honestly, you cannot tell it's not wood. Apart from the consistent plank length, it has a handscraped finish and a lot of color variation. It was a dousey to install but in the end, totally worth it. My contractor said the tile quality was outstanding. We used a random pattern, 1/8'' spacers and used the sable brown colored grout. It has a very matte finish (which I adore) and hides footprints and dirt like a champ.

I did my kitchen / dinning area, about 400sp feet. Looks great. I didn't want to make the tiles exactly uniform, I wanted the tiles to have a little variance and look like a wood floor not a tile floor. Has a great look and feel.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jessy love it in my bathroom plan to do my kitchen like this
I really love my wood looking tile floor. our bathroom is right off the living room, so we had to remove the white tile that was there. it wasnt working and now the wood floor in the living room and bathroom floor look seamless if the door is left open. i really love how it looks. we also used sable grout ... i wish my husband would of used the tiniest spacers that i purchased instead of the bigger ones... i think he did it to make it easy on himself. but ya.. it looks amazing clean fresh simple modern... which is what we wanted. great product. when we have more money we plan to remove the fake wood flooring in the kitchen and add this tile instead.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bobtail2 Overall nice, but watch out for some tiles with defects
Overall the planks were defect free but there were a few that had some bubbling or finish damage on the top. The top tile in every box had glue on it from when the box was sealed -- I made a pile of those and returned them and used other tiles in their place.
I used the tiles in a guest room and the tiles went down nicely. I used a Mapei Ultracolor Plus chocolate grout that looks nice with the tiles and is supposed to offer stain resistance without sealing.
Finished floor looks really nice.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JennaKAY Best purchase EVER!
We were painting at one point and some paint got on the tile. We were able to wipe it up easily. Even after it dried, it just took a little bit of scrubbing. SO easy to clean and maintain!

Absolutely love this tile. was $500 cheaper than 3/4 oak hardwood. be prepared to put in some labor. took me 3 four hour evenings after work to lay 200sq ft. we went with tec power grout 550 in espresso. looks amazing. be forewarned, either use a 1/2x1/2x1/2 trowel or backbutter if using 1/4x3/8x1/4. also stick with a premium quality mortar. i used cbp large tile mortar. expect to get about 50 tiles per bag. overall a great product. after the first week already have people asking what kind of hardwood it is.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Trevor Easy to install and easy to keep clean. Looks like real wood
My wife and I installed this Montagna Saddle tile in our living room and hallway. In the living room we designed a tile rug looking mosaic which took a while to make all the cuts but was well worth the effort and made a beautiful center piece for the room. Neither of us had ever installed tile but once we got the hang of it, it went pretty smooth. I purchased a Rigid tile saw to make the cuts. Our only frustration during the entire project was the grout color! Home Depot used a grout color called Sable Brown on their wall display for this tile so we went with it. The Sable Brown color has a hint of red in it so next to the brown tile the grout looked PURPLE and terrible. To correct the grout color we purchased some dark brown leather die at a craft store and stained the grout before sealing it. Now the grout matches the rest of the floor and everyone that comes over complements our "wood" floor, not knowing that it's actually tile.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Chuckj Looks outstanding!
The tiles look like real wood. We have had friends and family over and they have stood on it for several minutes and couldn't believe it wasn't wood. The "hand scrape" look is awesome. It is a very hard tile and sometimes challenging to cut with my non-professional tile saw. As a result it took some patients on my part but was well worth it. We used a dark brown grout we also purchased at Home Depot. We could not be happier.
