I'm not an expert but It should be okay for outside. The description says "Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof". You should ask the people in your local Home Depot to make sure.

After researching your question, I would use this tile on an outside porch if I lived in New York (Long Island). First, it clearly lists outdoor application in the product specifications sheet on Home Depot's website. ("Backsplash and Wall, Countertop, Floor, Outdoor") Second, here is a definition of porcelain tile that I think would help you make your decision:
"Porcelain tile is comprised of 50% feldspar and is fired at a much higher temperature than traditional ceramic tile. This makes porcelain tile even harder and more dense than other tile products. Because of its high durability, porcelain is more resistant to scratches and can withstand extreme temperatures.
Because porcelain is non-porous, it’s naturally stain resistant and has low water absorption ratings (less than 0.5%). As a result, porcelain tile can be used for both interior and exterior applications, as well as heavy-use and commercial areas. And because a porcelain tile’s color permeates the entire tile, small scratches or chips are far less noticeable."
Because it can be used "outdoors" and "can withstand extreme temperatures," I would use it on my outside porch if my wife gave her OK. I would be concerned with snow, ice and rain which will make any tile surface slippery. I hope this helps. Read Less

Answer:
Yes. We used a 1/16-inch grout line. You could go down to 1/32-inch, I think. If you don't want to use grout, look for tiles that are rectified. They're be perfectly even with no variation in length or width. They'll also cost a lot more.
Another reviewer mentioned that these tiles have a frost or freeze rating and that they can be used outdoors in cold climates.

Answer:
The manufacturer requires a minimum 1/8 grout line when installing these tiles. If you don't grout the lines will not be sealed so dirt and dust will built up. I find a sealed grout line is the easiest to keep clean and looking good.

I recommend contacting an installer for further installation guidance as we do not have this information in this department. You can also contact a local Home Depot store who can also provide you with recommended install methods.

I had them installed in Florida with matching grout and they look great. they added a solution to the grout mix to seal it. I don't know why you don't want grout, but surly it looks great with it.

I have been looking for a tile that is white with a wood look. Shopping online for that can be hard. Any of the tiles in our area that say they are white look more beige. Its hard to tell from the pictures because they all vary so much. Please help!

I was also looking for a white wood tone and this is definitely an off-white with brown tones. I returned it and instead went with the dapple gray color which is obviously gray but is very light and looks better with the white fixtures and white wall tile in my bathroom.

Answer:
Beige has pink undertones. The underlying body of this tile is sort of a mushroom color, very light & creamy. The wood grain is pale brown, and there's a lot of it, as you'd expect. That will keep these from ever being a white tile. But it's for sure not beige. I hate beige, way too pink for me. These are in stock at our local HD, have you checked yours?

It is definitely whitewashed, but I wouldn't call it gray. The body color of the tile is sort of a mushroom color, almost gray. The woodgrain is pale brown, or dark sand, but doesn't have the yellow or pink tones so often found in tan/sand colors. I was looking for gray, too, but am very pleased because the overall color is so neutral. It works very well with our gray/green walls. But gray? Not really.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful, lots of compliments. It is very clean, modern and just beautiful. I used it for walls and floors and the ONLY drawback is that the porcelain is soooooooooooo hard that we couldn't drill for the shower curtain rod and the grab bar. We purchase an extra set of drills for porcelain and we just ended up replacing four times the pieces of tile and at the end I have to give up no grab bar neither shower curtain rod :( July 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this tile-looks beautiful! Tile looks amazing and it cleans up really easily. I had it installed in my kitchen, breakfast room, laundry, bedroom and bath and could not be happier. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by looks beautiful, fool proof. easy to cut and install. this is my review don't tell me how long it has to be.Your being a pain. June 27, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very Dissapointing Description says white, picture shows white, neither is close! Product has white background with beige/brown highlights throughout ! White is a very misleading description, if you purchase this tile, open a box before leaving the store or picking up on online order. I must admit one review on line stated you might think this is brown. Other reviews had no such comment. No sample in store, but the picture was white! I ordered 12 boxes, really glad I took only one home. Opened box, closed box and was back at Home Depot to return and cancel order. This item is truly buyer beware. April 26, 2016
