Answer:
The Marazzi answer is not helpful. "Matte", "glossy," etc. are not "textures." Also, the description of the tile says it is "glossy," not "matte," which is quite confusing.

Answer:
Yes, you need to seal the grout. Otherwise if you spill something, it will stain the grout. I used a small foam paint brush.

Answer:
Sealing would not be necessary for this product considering it is a porcelain tile and is already sealed. The only thing that would require sealing is the grout.

What is the best grout to use with this tile? Sanded or un-sanded? And does the tile or grout need to be sealed?

Also, is there a color other than Oyster Gray that looks good with this tile?

Thank you!

Answer:
Yes, the grout needs to be sealed but not the tile. Grout colors are based on personal preferences and therefore we cannot provide a recommendation. We recommend visiting your local Home Depot and speaking with a specalist about which grout fits your particular installation needs.

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Be careful about color Tiles received are nothing like display in store or pictures on website. I had looked at many samples of other tiles and generally they are very close to what is on display. These were much, much darker with a dark greyish green hue rather than the lighter sand colors I thought I was getting. Will probably regret not sending the 900 sq.ft of tile back, but hopefully I'll get used to it. But it looks more like a mildew finish than stone, though. June 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Travisano Bernini 18 in. x 18 in. Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile So far I have only found one broken tile. If you get a lot it is well worth the $50 delivery. Each box wieghs 65 pounds.... June 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ~B~E~A~U~T~I~F~U~L~ Looks like stone, great variation on color pattern, rating IV. We installed in high traffic, residential setting. December 29, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tiles are NOT the same size. I just installed 120sq ft of these 18x18 tiles. They were installed ALL in the same direction with the indicated arrow on the bottom(which shouldn't need to be done) and the tiles corners very rarely match up to be the exact same size. I found some of the tiles were as much as 1/8 larger than another one. This wasn't noticed until I was about halfway finished with the second row. The tiles are beautiful but when you have 4 tile corners meeting they rarely match up thus making the job to not look so good. The client had me go ahead and finish the installation but I am NOT happy with the product nor the outcome. March 10, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by love it I love my new tile floor. My brother in law layed it. It is time consuming but very well worth it October 6, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Same problem We also had the same problem with the floor tiles not being exactly the same size. We went ahead with the project and just used some grout to fix the issue, but it would have been so much better if they were not off 1/8". Everyone loves our floors, so it turned out okay, but it is an issue and especially depending on how you are using the tiles. A little off by the end of the job can really make a difference with floor tiles. March 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is BEAUTIFUL! We initially planned to only tile the kitchen with this tile but it looked so nice that we ended up using it for our hall as well. We've gotten so many compliments. This tile is absolutely beautiful. December 9, 2014
