Easy to install, 3/4 connectors are the only way to go! This met all my expectations for quality. Very stylish in design. Best of all, hot water when I need it, not a 50 gallons of water that might of heating all night, day or even a weekend. I'll update this later on savings on Electric.

My water pressure is pretty low to begin with but I still needed to choke down the inlet to get the water up to set temperature. This is for a single bathtub at considerably less than 5 gallons per minute. Not a huge hardship but it was disappointing..

I have only had the hot water heater installed for a hour a week now, but so far it doesn't perform the way I thought it would. I have a different brand of tankless water heater in my home and know what to expect. At this point it still changes quite often to hotter or colder than the set temp.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Choice to a standard waterheater The product performs perfectly as described....but. A couple of things could have been better explained in the description and there is a way that it performs better that varies from what people used to tanked water heaters are familiar with. If you are pre-preparing for its arrival you need to know that it IS 100amps, but that it is two double pole 50amp circuit's, so that's four power wires and a ground. And when you're running it don't set the temperature to the maximum or it will cycle through "over heating" a lot. Set it down one notch and it works perfect. And when you run a shower, turn it all the way up for a few seconds and then down to where you normally run it. it will heat up faster that way. Remember this is not a tanked water heater, so there are different rules. Other than that, which I consider part of my learning curve, it is the best decision I've made for home improvement in quite a while.

We installed the tankless hot water heater for our shower a little over a week ago and we are thinking of returning it. Admittedly, we probably underestimated its ability to heat the ground water in our area- but according to the chart - it should be able to handle heating 2.5gpm. We find ourselves adjusting the water pressure up- to make it work harder- then down to get up to temp. And then it often can't maintain the heat and during the shower, the temp will drop a few degrees. The inconsistancy is really a problem and while we may be saving on electricity, we are not saving on water. We often have to run the shower for 5 minutes before you can get a good temperature.

I obtained the electrical guidance from Home Depot's specialists, purchased the needed parts and pieces for the proper electrical connections and installed the unit my self. I has only been a few days and we have had a few glitches but for the most part it is working well, I would prefer to give it a month before making my final recommendations. It certainly has the potential to get five stars from me.

When it took them 2 weeks to call me back. I decided to replace my existing tankless water heater with the same manufacturer I had. Niagara Industries out of Miami Florida.
