Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kitty Good Choice to a standard waterheater
The product performs perfectly as described....but. A couple of things could have been better explained in the description and there is a way that it performs better that varies from what people used to tanked water heaters are familiar with. If you are pre-preparing for its arrival you need to know that it IS 100amps, but that it is two double pole 50amp circuit's, so that's four power wires and a ground. And when you're running it don't set the temperature to the maximum or it will cycle through "over heating" a lot. Set it down one notch and it works perfect. And when you run a shower, turn it all the way up for a few seconds and then down to where you normally run it. it will heat up faster that way. Remember this is not a tanked water heater, so there are different rules. Other than that, which I consider part of my learning curve, it is the best decision I've made for home improvement in quite a while.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jesse Do not buy if you own a mobile home
This company fails to tell you it cannot be installed in a mobile home. It requires 100 amps of power and most mobile homes are only wired with a 100 amp breaker panel.

Have been waiting over a week for call back, no one answers when you call. I have had a max 1 minute hot shower then cold water. Am buying 10 gal heater for my tiny house and taking out the Marey.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Chacha Different but awesome
This product is great but different from a traditional water heater. In coming water temperature and how much water demanded on output all play factors in the heating so I can see how this product may not heat as well or as fast in colder climates but for south east Georgia it has met all expectations. Unlimited hot water is definetly a luxury and at the same price as a tanked water heater it will also save you money. I had the larger wire and breakers done by a professional electrician but ran the plumbing myself and didn't have any problems. In my opinion it's a smart buy we will just have to see if it lasts the lengths of time.

Product could not be installed in my home without expensive additional work. It requires 50-amps and my circuit breaker only has 40-amps.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by supertom ok so far, works fine for sink but had to change shower head, our water inlet temp is 48 degrees,in jan
ok so far, works fine for sink (1.5gpm) but had to change shower head, our water inlet temp is 48 degrees,it heats it up to 111, with our old large 2.5 gpm shower head would not come out hot enough
but it is heating the water over 66 degrees not bad for the price.
instructions could be a little more user friendly for the average diy guy,im a contractor and had to read it several times myself to make sense.
