Came with only two out of four anchors in the non existent "anchor kit". There are no anchoring instructions (supplied or online). The holes in the bottom of the safe are too small for the anchors. The tech support and "customer care" lines (same telephone number) are voice recording answered and say they will return your call ... It's been over a week since my first call. I haven't had a fire yet so I can't attest to the safe's ability to withstand it ... But if Mesa's customer service, etc. is any indication I wouldn't count on it.

The safe was perfect everything the description said it was. Good Quality and GREAT price. I did lots of internet shopping and no one came close to Home Depot price.

It is sold as safe, but I do not see it as a safe where the valuables can be kept.
I do not see any value for this item, other than that you can keep away the kids from your valuables.

Mesa safe is very heavy and will do a good job securing home owners valuables. Bolts to floor and installation went well. Good way to protect your valued items and highly recommend the product.

I have only had this safe for two days, but it seems to be very well built. It is very heavy, and sturdy. Interior is simple but functional, and has an electric outlet. It is exactly what I was looking for.

OK for the value...has 4 bolt holes for floor anchoring. Combination (LaGuard) lock acted funny the first few times I used it (I could feel the combo numbers when I passed them). Brought the door (just lift straight up off the hinges) to a lock smith. He showed me how to change the spin dial combination to whatever I want. (requires a $12 funny Allen wrench) . Everything works fine now with smooth action…no more feeling the combo numbers. I kept the box it came in and spray painted the sides to cover up all references about a Mesa Safe. It sits in my utility room with the box over it….so anyone glancing in will just see a big box. The door does not close snug. You can pull on it and feel play in the closed door. I bought extra weather stripping to take up the slack. Other than that I am happy with the safe. It looks good inside too.
