Repair Kit for Moen Model # 7590CSL

Our faucet is leaky and will not shut off properly unless manuevered into a different position. Is there a replacement kit for this model that can be purchased to fix this issue?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG - Easy repair Our 7950CSL developed a leak in the flex hose above the wand attachment after about 18 months in our new house. We call Moen customer service who quickly and without argument said they would send a replacement. New hose arrived in 3 business days ( faster than they said). Watched installation video on line and did not believe it would be so easy to repair. OMG - It was even easier! No tools required. Hardest part was not spilling the water that was in the old hose. Reflex weight quickly was removed (just lift the tab), old hose released with a button push, new hose snapped into place, weight snapped back on, job done. Still didn't believe it - turned on water and no leaks!! Next time we replace a fixture it will be Moen. Thanks Moen for a superb design job and standing behind your products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful product and crazy good service After 13 years of hard use our Aberdeen faucet developed a leak which plumbers said could not be repaired. Have always loved the elegant look of this faucet so I was sad to think I'd have to find a replacement. We tried Moen's lifetime warranty, thinking we'd have to go through all kinds of hoops. But Moen really does stand behind their promise of lifetime! We called the support line, explained our situation and for a minimal shipping and handling fee received a whole new faucet kit in 2 days!!!! I will forever be a lifetime Moen user.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Quality has been terrible we originally purchased this over 2 years ago. within 2 months of installation the handle was "loose" and the hot water pressure was extremely low. We called moen customer support (they are awesome) sent us out a new cartridge after doing some minor but acceptable troubleshooting. @ 1 year later the faucet handle got real loose and then we had a problem with the faucet constantly dripping. again called customer service (excellent service, Moen should train all other companies customer service reps) was sent out another new cartridge. It has been another 6 months and the faucet handle does a complete 360 and is almost impossible to turn off. Contacted customer service (excellent accountability, response and assistance once again), they have a new faucet handle assembly on the way. so we will wait and see if this resolves our issues once and for all. We love the look but have hated the quality in this particular faucet. I would suggest looking at other moen models that are similar in appearance. or maybe we just got a lemon.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lots of problems We built a home with Moen Aberdeen fixtures throughout the home. 2 Kitchen, 4 Shower, 3 Tub, 6 Bathroom sink. I have had minor problems with the Bathroom Sink fixtures, buth nothing I couldn't fix. I'm ok with them. However, the Kitchen fixtures are not good at all. Low flow has developed, the end of one came off and is lost, they come loose and fall apart, the single handle unit twists around, the double handle units twist around. I like the pullout feature, but the quality is really poor. In two new homes built the last 15 years, these are easily the worst faucets I've used from a quality standpoint. I do like how they look, and I like the pullout spout.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality construction and parts This is a beautiful looking faucet, and it works beautifully as well - for a while. I'm about to take it apart again to tighten up all the cheap plastic parts that seem to come lose every year (we've had it in for 5 years). In those five years, we've also had the cartridge fail twice, and it started to drip. On both occasions, Moen sent one out under the warranty, but I'm sick of fixing this thing. I can add that none of these problems are related to the installation; you don't touch any of the internals of the lever mechanism during installation. It is just poor engineering and/or poor quality manufacturing and materials.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Aberdeen We purchased two of these faucets in 2006 for our kitchen and both have failed. The faucet handels both do a 360 and are almost impossible to turn off. There is a constant dripping on one faucet. We had a plummer come fix it at one point and he advised us at the time that we should contact Moen as there had been many issues. This is disappointing as the faucets were not inexpensive. We will contact Moen customer service to see if they can replace these for us. Ultimately we would like to change out both fixtures as if these are known issues it will probably happen again....
