Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Chicagoan The Worst Tub & Shower Faucet Ever
This two handle tub/shower faucet was the only one available so I didn't have a choice to select any other one. It was a POOR decision anyway. I should have made my research online. The faucet's handles, tub spout, and shower head are cheaply made of plastic covered with shiny chrome. The valve body itself is thin and doesn't look solid like the one I had before. Unfortunately Moen is not the same quality it used to be. Priced TOO high. I expected better quality for the price I paid for it.
Moreover, the installation guide is not helpful at all. Such important parts as cartridges and adapters that caused some problems during installation were not listed or described AT ALL. If I could, I would rip that faucet off of my wall and returned it to Moen.

A good value for apartments. Home Depot is the only game in town @ this price point!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by northshorefix very poor quality
It's tough to find 2 handle tub kits so I thought I would try even though the reviews were poor. In the end very flimsy plastic construction. The display was metal but when opened box everything was flimsy plastic.
I'm gong to just throw out but will end up purchasing a different brand for rest of my bathroom remodel I'm so disappointed.

All chrome is cheap plastic. Hot water valve is backwards turn clockwise for cold and counter clockwise for hot ???? I would return it if it wasn't already installed but I don't want to pay a plumber again

What poor quality this is - plastic with chrome-colored layer! My Contractor said it wasn't worth the money - hard to install and they look awful!!! I'm taking these BACK!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by NY Girl Hot faucet goes up and cold goes down
I dont know who designed this particular faucet but I am not happy with it, at all. Hot and cold faucets move in opposite directions, who's idea was that. I refuse to pay another plumber to install another. It's cheaply made of plastic, what happen to good heavy duty products?

Handles turn like they should be knobs. Lever handles are supposed to turn both going downward. In other words they should turn opposite directions to be normal for lever handles. Very poor.
