Customer Reviews

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Plastic handles I originally bought this for the great price and Moen name. I was very disappointed when I took this out of the packing. The handles are plastic and the quality is very cheap. I can't see how this product would last very long. I will be returning mine tomorrow to get something a little more durable March 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Adler bathroom faucet I have only had the faucet since January 18, 2016. It is still new to our house. It is a nice looking faucet, and I like the even flow of water. I am concerned about how difficult it might be to replace cartridges. I will let you know how my experience develops. Moen is the only faucet company to take an interest in my experience as a customer. Marvin Balamut February 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice faucet It looks nice. When my plumber told me I needed a new faucet (old one leaking), I told him the name of a nearby hardware store and said I would pick up one there. (The plumbing service didn't sell faucets.) "You won't get a good faucet at _______," he warned. When he returned and saw the Moen box on the counter, he was surprised. He said, "Well, you DID get a good faucet!" I think that says it all! August 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Produc When I saw the product, I knew right there & then I had to have it at my home - my bathrooms may be old but that one addition to each bathroom made it look so much better. July 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great product It is a well built product. It is easy to install. The instructions give you all the information and are clear to read. I would buy another MOEN if ever need one. I would recommend this brand to anyone. May 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Had to return one and modify the second The first one had a problem when the handles were turned. The skirt of the handle rubbed on the faucet body. In time this would damage the chrome finish. I returned it. The second one had the same problem. Not having time to return it again, I took off the handle and found a small o-ring to put on top of the cartridge so that I could get some clearance to avoid the scraping. The handle is very thin. Not what I have come to expect with Moen. November 16, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by leaks I bought and installed four of these faucets. 3 of them have leaked over the last 3 years, one 1 of them twice. This is not a quality product! September 22, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by gasket Everything went together very nicely. My wife loved them. But the sponge like gasket sucks water from the sink. And when it draws enough from people splashing water in every day use, it drips water under the cabinet on to things that are stored there. Whatever happened to the plastic gasket and putty used for this type of installation? April 17, 2014
