I have the MOEN Kitchen faucent 7565. I can't see where to ask questions on your website.
Well, it worked fine for the first nine months, now I have a pathetic flow of water and no instructions available as to how to clean out the filter in the faucet which is probably the problem. Poor Moen, Poor, and I was thinking of Moen for our bathroom remodel!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jafo50 The base plate is optional even though Moen says it's in included in the Q & A section on HD's web site
I purchased Model# 7565 which according to the Q & A section on Home Depot's web site was suppose to come with the base plate to cover the three holes in my sink from my original faucet. I called Moen customer service and was told that it's an optional item which could be purchased from Moen for $45.20 plus tax and shipping. The total would be around $65. That's 23% of the purchase price for an item that should have been included. I expected Moen to offer some kind of compromise but received a "is there anything else I can help you with, have a nice day" response. As a side note, I don't know if the faucet shipped directly from Moen or from an HD warehouse but someone stuck a UPS shipper onto the retail box and handed it to UPS for delivery. Anyone could have opened the box along the way as there was not packing tape anywhere on the box. It was just like you took it off the shelf from the retail store. Of course the box says Moen all over it should someone want to help themselves.

I installed this faucet to replace a 3-hole system (handle, tap, and sprayer). I'm happy I did.
The installation wasn't difficult. Actually, the difficult part was removing the old one, but that has nothing to do with the new one. I needed a second pair of hands to align the faucet from above so that I could tighten it from underneath. It took a couple times because the plastic gasket seemed to move. But in the end, it aligned properly. It took no more that 15 minutes to install. The hoses, including the sprayer hose seem like they're good quality. A weight is included to aid in retracting the sprayer hose.
At first I thought the faucet didn't work because I was moving the handle back to front and no water was coming out. But you need to pull down to the right. Turning forward is cold and upright is hot. Water pressure is strong so be careful when you flush the line in the beginning without the sprayer attached to the hose. The sprayer works well either retracted or extended.
It takes up less space than the old faucet and adds style to my sink and kitchen.

Might be a nice faucet, Moen makes good stuff but whoever packed mine for shipping didn't tape the box shut and the faucet and parts had fallen out of the box in transit. There were finger prints and scratches on the nice chrome finish. Too bad, I returned it and went to another retailer and bought another Moen faucet off of the shelf. Kind of strange that the one that I bought off the shelf had plastic banding around the box which protected it from falling out of the box.

This is a great faucet overall. It doesn't command a lot of attention like most of the more bulky faucets that tend to dominate the sink area. Although it's a modern style, its less gaudy profile also works as a transitional style. The only downside experienced so far is the loose fitting pull down (no magnet). If Moen could offer a fix for this nagging issue, I would change my overall rating to 5 stars.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by dcmikez Modern design great faucet
I've always been skeptical about pull-down sprayer faucets but fell in love with this the moment I saw it.
It is a beautiful faucet and is easy to design. It's sleek and modern and works flawlessly. No more difficult to install than any other faucet I've done. What I especially like about it is that it is a one-hole faucet but it comes with a cover so you can install it in a 3-hole sink if necessary. The cover is designed to match the faucet and it looks great.
I've installed and used Moens before and have never been disappointed with the quality. These faucets are great.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by coco Finally a good faucet!
I really hope I have 'bought it for looks, bought it for life" because it looks great. The high arc is so convenient for tall pots, etc. I had a plumber install this and a bathroom faucet at the same time so I cannot comment about ease of installation.
This faucet has a narrow spray so you must like that to get this style. Moen has faucets with wider sprays ( just look at the pullout witdh). The only thing that took getting used to is the new faucets are a little flow restricted to comply with water conservation laws. i.e. less water comes out. A Moen customer service person told me it is 1.5 gallons less than before.
The faucet is not cheap but I am betting it will last. My last kitchen faucet broke off in my hand. I have the stainless finish and it is flawless and smudge-resistant. The faucet swivels and there is a ball joint on the part where the water comes out so that can swivel, too. It retracts well.
Also Moen is very receptive to pleasing the customer.
I thought mine came with a deck and it didn't. Moen sent me one with expedited shipping for free.
