I absolutely love this faucet. Its looks even better in person. It sits up high and the water flow/pressure is perfect. This black color was hard to find in any store so I had to order online. It shipped the next day and I had it within 3 days. Thank you Home Depot :).

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by eagle5101 Very nice faucet and great in black matte finish
This faucet was a bit pricey but definitely worth it. We love the Reflex capability and hope it lasts a long time. The faucet came packaged very well with all components. When we removed it from the box we noticed there were spots on the matte finish and after calling customer service they recommended using lime juice and water - which we did and the spots came off. It looks great with our new black granite sink and black matte soap dispenser and I'm sure we will enjoy it for a long time.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by COSean Really decent- could be perfect IF...
The faucet looks great with our black granite sink. doesn't leak and was easy to install. The retractable hose pulls back on its own well.
The only feature I hadn't noticed was missing, which I'm not even sure if other faucets have is the option for the spray (vs stream) to be locked "on". You have to push the button on the end of the nozzle and HOLD it.
Oh, and the water pressure isn't amazing, but I hear that's a factor of our house, not the faucet?

The faucet os beautiful and works well. I had the same problem as others with the faucet head not staying up. However there is a trick. Push the faucethead up and twist slightly. You can feel it click in place.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Geeee Pretty but disappointing!
This faucet LOOKED exactly like what I wanted. A beautiful black faucet. However, once my husband installed it and I began using it, I was oh so disappointed. The water flow and pressure is so low it takes forever to fill a pot with water. The water lines that are build into this faucet are so small that there is no way to get much more than a trickle of water through of this thing. If what you're looking for is something pretty, fine buy it. But if you expect good water flow, you will be disappointed. A pricey lesson learned!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pka380 Really nice product.
Great item that I would recommend if you are looking for something unique versus a standard color. Quality at this stage of the product is excellent. I'm hopeful that is will have great life at the same quality. The only call out is the amount of water flow was lighter than expected but nothing of concern.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mainecat Nice, but there are better faucets...
If your looking for black, your likely not going to find much out there other than Moen. While I like the looks of this faucet there are issues with this that I read were going on with other Moen faucets. The biggest is after you turn the water off, you will get drips. Mine is good for 3-4 then it stops. The retract mechanism is the same old same old, the weight on the line. It's not going to go back in place unless you put it there. The Delta faucets have a magnet system that holds the nozzle in place, but no black. The water stream is pretty narrow, about 1/2 wide so if you turn on the water wide open and have decent pressure, be prepared for the master blaster! The spray button gives more of a drizzly shower type spray which I like but you have to hold the button the entire time or it releases back to the master blaster. Nice looking faucet, but could be much better...

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NorthTexasRemodel Product is not correctly listed
This product is advertised on the HD website as a kitchen faucet, however it is actually a bar faucet. We had to return and purchase from another supplier at the last minute because granite was being installed the next day. You can verify the actual description at Moens website.
