CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 486 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by It leaks That's really all you need to know.... I have had it less than a year in a newly built house, and it leaks. Water has gone all down in the under-sink area. Trying to get a replacement.... I'll write another comment depending on the response. August 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Arbor 2 years later As an architect, I was interested in style, water conservation and ergonomic ease in operation. Installed by a licensed plumber in a totally remodelled kitchen nearly 2 years ago it still looks new, retains its timeless, sleek sculptural appearance and functions effectively well. My wife likes the mounting height, able to fill pasta pots easily, switch to veggie washing; and the pause feature for watering potted plants... and the weight is properly placed. The 1.5 gpm flow provides adequate pressure for pre-rinse and soap rinsing functions. June 8, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great on the outside, plastic on the inside The faucet looks very pretty, good accent for a modern kitchen. However, after less than a year the faucet leaked from the handle. I thought it was due to lime built up, but when I took the handle apart I found that the nut that keeps the cartridge in place was loose. This is a part that is assembled by the factory. I was disappointed that it was loose already. When I took the faucet apart I had a chance to look at the working parts. Every single one is made of plastic, including the cartridge. For such an expensive faucet, I am disappointed. March 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Super Product Let me set the stage, remodeled the kitchen in 2002, installed 2 KWC DOMO K.10.61.23, one 9" and other 12". Terrible experience, they would get gummed up, could not slide them, would make the pipes below the granite slide as well. Had them both rebuilt with kits from KWC, within 4 months same story. Was worried they would snap, break piping, finally the one on my island, stopped allowing water to flow as well. Talked to Meridian Plumbing, on Monday, they visited, told me the options, I selected the Arbor 7594SRS, two of them, Meridian Plumbing came out, removed the old KWC's, installed the new Moens in an hour, I'm pleased and I now have a sprayer that can also be used. What can be better than that. November 26, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by bad product We are going to switch to a new faucet because this is the third time that we have will have to get a new faucet head. Once for the original (2 years ago), once a year to replace the original and now it keeps coming off again. The head will pop off causing water to spray everywhere. It will do this when pulled on to spray out the sink of to rinse off the dishes. I wouldn't recommend this product at all. The line also will not stay in the curved piece that it supposed to hold it in place when not in use. December 26, 2013
