The sensors take a little getting used to - suggest you really read the instructions to understand how they work. But once you get used to them you will love them (but I doubt you will dance around your kitchen like in the TV ads) Just two minor complaints: 1) the water flow is less than our previous Moen faucet and 2) the extender hose on the nozzle uses a counterweight to keep the nozzle tight into the faucet body. Why not a magnet as on other faucets? The issue for us is there is so much 'stuff' under our sink (and little room) that the weight hangs up other hoses so the faucet head won't reseat all the way. Have to get under the sink and clear up the tangle. (But I admit that this may not exist for a majority of customers)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucet. We had installation done by a plumber, took about 40 minutes. Motion sense works great. Faucet looks great in newly redecorated kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet 1 month in We recently installed this faucet with our kitchen remodeling. So far it has been great. No issues at all. No leaking and install was easy according to contractor. I did turn off the front sensor since anytime your arm, hand or dish goes by it the water will turn off and on frequently. It's not an issue but my wife found it to be annoying. It's nice that this can be done and is easy to do. Actually either sensor can be individually turned off and on. I am running the sensors off the included batteries. No issues with this either. Overall I am very satisfied and the faucet itself looks great.

I Had it installed by a plumber, but you could DIY I guess Love it, the sensor on the lower stem is tricky at first because you are putting the water on when you put your hands in the sink, but just moved the faucet over and got no more accidental wet sleeves. I use the top sensor when I am cooking and it comes in handy when your hands are covered in food My plumber was a little worried at first because he installed another brand for a customer (cheaper brand) and they had problems with theirs No problems with mine and it is assembled in America which means jobs here

After 5 years of soaking our sleeves, repairing the handle attachment 4 times, perpetual leaking from both the faucet as well as the handle attachment washers, replacement of the electronics twice (both times Moen graciously provided the parts), and learning new words to call it, none of which were nice words, I finally enough of it and bought a different brand WITHOUT the fancy electronics (what a waste of money as well as water) and installed it on Christmas Day. Exactly what I wanted to do! Thank you Moen!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from this faucet leaks I bought the motion sensor faucet for use in my kitchen shortly after it came out. A few months ago we had a major leak -water dripped down inside the wall and flooded my carpeted basement with gallons of water. My husband had to tighten a screw inside the faucet mechanism. Now just 3 months later this faucet is leaking again! Absolutely unacceptable for a high end faucet like this one. I am inclined to never buy Moen again unless they replace this with one that does not have the same failures.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good so far We bought this as part of a kitchen remodel. We like the design and the hands free works well so far. We like the look and the feel of the controls also. We purchased the AC adapter for this but had to get it from Amazon as Home Depot was out of stock. I did not want to have to deal with batteries under the sink. I feel the touch setup is good and intuitive when you get use to it. Some times it comes on when you don't expect it. Mostly when I am filling something and am done but pull the container out and it sets off the faucet. Just need to remember to point it at the other sink. My one complaint is that the faucet is a little weak on pressure. It's enough to get by with but its defiantly on the weak side. I have not looked into ways to increase the pressure so I am not sure if it can be adjusted or by passed. Who knows in California.
