Answer:
There is a weight attached to the hose from the nozzle. I always return the nozzle to the neck manually, but the weight is heavy enough to pull it back into the neck if I'd release it.

Answer:
The finish is as it's advertised: spot resistant; having said that, I clean mine when I clean the sink, about once a week. I use just the dishcloth and hot, sudsy water to wipe down the entire faucet and then rinse the cloth and use it to go back over the faucet, then dry it with a paper towel or cloth towel. The finish is very nice and doesn't show any spots like you'd find on the polished faucets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 7594SRS High quality product. Great design and functionality. Very smooth lever to operate, very responsive. Highly recommend, looks great in my kitchen. Planning to buy a beverage faucet. Comes with the tool needed to install, it took me about 30 minutes, I am a Moen return customer because of the product design, quality and excellent customer service. M

Rated 1 out of 5 by from this faucet leaks I bought the motion sensor faucet for use in my kitchen shortly after it came out. A few months ago we had a major leak -water dripped down inside the wall and flooded my carpeted basement with gallons of water. My husband had to tighten a screw inside the faucet mechanism. Now just 3 months later this faucet is leaking again! Absolutely unacceptable for a high end faucet like this one. I am inclined to never buy Moen again unless they replace this with one that does not have the same failures.

The quality is excellent, nice high quality chrome all over. My only gripe is that the sprayer is plastic not metal, though if it were metal it would be heavier and may not retract well (which this unit does very effectively). This model came with long water connection hoses so extensions were not necessary, installation was very easy as well. I would buy it again and it was $100 cheaper than the other model I was considering so it's a win win.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice kitchen faucet Looks good, works well. I especially like the shutoff feature on the hose that allows one to interrupt the flow of water without having to adjust the handle. Installation was very straightforward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Moen Arbor Faucet Great product. Easy to install. Works perfectly. I also attached a Moen 159060 Hose Guide which works to keep anything from catching on the hose. My wife and I love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the price. Almost always leaks. If I were rating this product on looks alone it would be much higher. I had this faucet installed in a new build as an upgrade about 2 years ago. It looks great and in theory the motion activated feature sounds good but it does not live up to that theory. First off, I have had to take the handle off and tighten a plastic nut about 5 or 6 times since installation due to the faucet leaking out of the handle. I even had to get a piece from Moen (which they kindly sent free of charge and overnight so that is a plus). Now the faucet is leaking (dripping about once a second) out of the spout itself. For the price of this product with Moen's name on it I expected a much higher quality product. Secondly, the motion sense also does not live up to my expectations. You nearly have to touch your hand to the sensor to activate it. I was under teh impression that you could just wave your hand near it or maybe even under the spout and the water would turn on. I have standard Moen faucets throughout my home and am pretty satisfied with them all other than this particular one. I do not think that I can suggest buying one, and quite frankly after 2 years I will most likely replace this faucet with something else.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked good for the first six months. Not so good now Installation was easy. Very satisfied for the first six months. Recently the handle started to feel loose. I thought maybe the handle had worked loose somehow. After about an hour or so trying to figure out what type of set screw (btw is a small SAE allen head screw) I was able to check the handle tightness and it was snug. I removed the handle completely. The problem is that the cartridge is loose since I can wiggle the stem around. Needless to say six months into this and already what appears to be a defective cartridge. Not too happy. Guess I'll have to take time out of my day tomorrow and talk to Moen about getting replacement parts sent out.
