I will preface by saying I have several Moen products installed in my home because if its quality and their superior customer support. That being said, when I redid my kitchen, I have a shorter than normal height between the counter and wall cabinet. That gave me a very limited number of pull out/ down faucets that would fit under my wall cabinets. The Arbor was one of them so we chose it. It was Professionally installed (the first time). Aesthetically and functionally, the faucet is great. It does what it has to do. The problem started when in less than a year, the spout separated from the base with no explanation. This could not be repaired so Moen sent me a new faucet (amazing customer service) I installed that one with no problems and less than a year later...again, the spout came loose from the base. Again, Moen send me a third faucet. (Thank goodness the install is easy!) Fast forward almost another year and this faucet is holding up better BUT I found a leak in my base cabinet recently. I noticed a portion of the pull out hose where is meets the spray head was leaking. The hose is woven not metal and whether this caused its failure, I don't know. Three faucets and a failed hose in 3 years is not the quality I have experienced from Moen however, their really do stand behind their products which keeps me as a customer.

It was very easy to install. It looks great. I have read some reviews about water pressure being low, but I think it is just right. Our new sink is deep and the faucet is high, if the water comes out too fast it splashes up out of the sink. I would not want the water pressure any higher.

After reviewing many faucet styles and reading reviews I decided on the Arbor by Moen to replace our old kitchen faucet. How helpless I feel for that decision. The water flow is intolerable! There is nothing to be done now but start over as there are no adjustments that can be made to improve the water flow rate. I suspect most newer styled Moen faucets come from the same research and development lab as such they will all have the same low flow rates. Such an unfortunate waste of hard earned money.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KatC Stylish and functional
This Moen faucet from Home Depot meets all of our needs. It is stylish with it's high faucet look. Since the curve of the faucet does not come straight down, there is no splashing on our counter. The bronze color looks great with our colonial gold granite counter. A tool was included which made it easy to instal and easy to use. The cartridge can be replaced, if leakage in the future occurs. Very happy with this product.

I was really impressed with the sleek design when I first saw the new Arbor faucet. I was sceptical of the function of the single lever operation because I never used one before. I quickly became a fan of the multi function handle when I noticed how smooth it was to use. The installation instructions where easy to follow, more detailed by using pictures and less words. I did have to put on new supply valves because the new faucet water supply hose connections were smaller (1/4") than the old faucet I had (3/8"). I consider myself a average Do-It-Yourself home handyman and I had this installed within a half hour. The three holed screen filter seems to restrict flow a little, but overall I find this faucet brings a new, modern look to my kitchen and is easy to use.

I love the look of this faucet, however the flow from the faucet is poor. Wondering how to increase flow?

I received my new kitchen faucet in 2 days and installed it the next. It was an easy install, even though there were no printed instructions. I guess that the old saying a picture is worth a thousand words applies. I like the style and ease of operation. My wife is left handed and doesn't mind the handle on the right side. The con is that the optional face plate does not have studs to hold it in place as the older Moen did, it relies only on the hold down nut under the sink on the faucet for it to stay in place. I also would like to see a bigger supply hole in the hose, I'm sure that is under the 2.5 gpm of most of the other types of faucets. I takes awhile to fill a 12 cup coffee pot. Also I would have like to have seen the pull out part in metal rather than plastic. Overall it is another great Moen product.
