I bought this last August when I had HD redo my kitchen. I like the profile--not too tall so that it sticks out too high over my counter (I have an open plan with counter separating LR/DR from kitchen), but still very convenient to use. I've had no problems with it. I know others have commented that the faucet handle is plastic, and it is, but so far, it looks good, and I've had no issues. Frankly, I wonder if a stainless steel handle would make it too heavy to use. The SS base is very heavy. Yes, it is low-flow, but not a problem. Overall, great product--no leaking or problems in the 11 months I've been using it.

Easy to install, no caulking necessary, tight fit with rubber washer. AWESOME!

I like the size of the faucet, it's not to big or to small. Pull out works great. The finish really resists spotting. Low cleaning maintenance. I like the side lever better than the one in the middle I had before. I like being able to pull it out and fill up vases. A very good design and look.

Easy to install. They even give you the special under sink wrench. Have been using for two months now. No problems. Works like a charm. Much better than Grohe it replaced. Unlike the Grohe, when you turn on spray, it stays that way until you switch to stream. Stream has "pause" position that lets you stop the flow from the head without touching the main handle. Handy for filling multiple containers without getting water all over the counter. I had to special order the pull-out model. but I wanted it because it has more clearance, allowing you to fill large pots or watering cans. Stain resistance finish performs well. Just wipe with clean sponge or paper towel. Never use any kind of cleaner, like Comet or 409.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by GoddessSpeed Splashes everywhere & prone to mold
This faucet seemed like a good deal - nice aesthetic for the price, fingerprint resistant, and a pull out with sprayer option.
However, the water flow is too close to the back of the sink, meaning that it splashes behind the sink - all around the faucet, and up the wall on the backsplash. Since my sink is by a wall (not on an island), it's a pain to mop it up every single time I use the faucet.
In addition, the mechanism for the sprayer feature is plastic, and is not easy to clean since each sprayer "nipple" is raised individually. There is a lot of surface area, and numerous little grooves. This means the faucet is prone to mold around the sprayer area unless you pull it out, turn it over and scrub the area where the water comes out every week. The first time I realized the issue, I was absolutely disgusted - the faucet is meant to aid in cleaning, not become a health liability. This is not a calcium or lime build up, it is a mold issue, and we have no mold anywhere else in our home.
I have had this product for 2+ years and would never recommend it to anyone - I'd give it zero stars if that were an option.

I installed this faucet myself, and it was pretty easy to install, although it would have been nice to have at least a few words to accompany the installation pictures. It's been in for about two weeks now and I'm very happy with the style and function. I like that the deckplate was optional, since it wouldn't have fit on my sink. I like that it has a limited lifetime warranty, but hopefully I won't have to use it. It seems like this faucet is of good quality and will last.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cujo Good quality but low/slow water flow and the design is not left-hander friendly
My wife and I receive this faucet as part of a Home Depot kitchen remodel package; we did not pick it our ourselves. The faucet looks nice and seems to be well made. It was easy to install and the parts all work smoothly. However, I do not like it for a couple of reasons all related to its usability: strike 1) it is designed for someone that is right handed, which I am not; BIG strike 2) the water pressure is significantly reduced from our previous faucet; little strike 3) not that it’s rocket science after you’ve used it once, but there are no hot/cold color markings on it to tell you which way to adjust the handle to get hot or cold water. I will be returning this faucet. I do not recommend this faucet because I feel the water flow is to slow.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by JUJU Worked great for a few months
I bought this faucet for my mom for her new kitchen. It worked fine for about 2 months, then it started to leak, from around the bottom neck. We called a plumber he could not fix it, the faucet was just no good. Mom called Moen at first they didn't to do anything, she had to speak to a manager who agreed to send a replacement. We had to pay for a re-installation . So the faucet became much more expensive. The faucet on her old sink was a Moen too and that constantly dripped. We will not buy a Moen faucet again. It does look good. We hope the new one doesn't have a problem down the road.
