I am wondering if the bracket that the showerhead sits in is adjustable up and down at all. I am guessing it will be adjustable side to side depending on where you are standing. I like to use the hand held feature but also like to use it while connected to the bracket so that I can have my hands free. I like it pointed down more and my husband needs to point it up. We bought another one and it was installed at a fixed angle so that we couldn't adjust it. Thanks

Answer:
yes it's adjustable both ways:
first, it should swivel up and down. it has a ball and socket connection just to be able to do this.
second, it has a shower wand. you just turn it in the direction you want. or lift it up and point it and then place it in the cradle. should be straightforward.

What is the difference between mediterranean bronze & oil rubbed bronze?

I am getting the Brantford shower trim kit in oil rubbed bronze Model T2152EPORB and wanted to purchase a handshower to match but I could not find anything else from Moen in an oil rubbed bronze to connect to it. Is there any handheld shower available from Moen in ORB? (I didn't find any at Lowes, HD or Moen website) or will this mediterranean bronze be a close enough match? Thanks!

I did the same thing. The tone is the same, but the shower trim kit has a spatter pattern on it whereas the hand held shower has a light brush pattern. It is very difficult to see the difference from more than 5 feet away.

Kim: I faced the same exact issue, and while it is not a perfect match to my oil rubbed bronze, it is more than adequate and one would have to have a trained eye to know difference. The Mediterreanean seems to have some lighter highlights in it than the oil rubbed bronze, but for the functionality and closeness of the match, I went with it.

It is a distressed finish which will vary from piece to piece. The Mediterranean Bronze is a dark brown old world finish w/black overtones and bright Copper highlights. This finish is darker than the Oil Rubbed Bronze and it is more consistant in tone. It is a brushed finish which allows the hints of copper to shine through. Customer Reviews

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 117 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Purchase I purchased two of these hand showers for my home and installed them in less than 5 minutes. The hardest part was getting the shower out of the package! I love how easy they are to install, I didn't need any tools at all and didn't require any plumbers tape either. I have used this for about a month now with no problems. Excellent value! The shower head has multiple patterns to choose from which I really like and the hose makes it easy to wash dogs with :-) October 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible. Okay, this review is actually for the second one I purchased, as I never really got the first one to work I figured it was just a defective one, but its not, it's a piece of junk. Okay, the pros, it looks nice and the water pressure is decent. I replaced an existing handheld shower head with this one simply for the oil rubbed bronze color, as I redid my bathroom. That's all for the pros. The cons. Material is a cheap plastic, which I didn't expect from both this price range and Moen as a company. I have several Moen accessories in my bathroom and they are all made of decent material, expect this showerhead. Installation was a nightmare. It's a screw on shower head! It should take five minutes on a bad day, but no, it took a half hour because it wouldn't stop leaking. And I don't mean a little drip, I mean a nice, steady spray. The problem was the threaded piece from the hose stripped almost immediately and simply wouldn't tighten from there. So I returned it. Home Depot only has one option for an oil rubbed bronze handheld shower head, so I was stuck buying the exact same one. The second one was still a nightmare to install, and even with silicone AND silicone tape, it still leaked, but it held. Three weeks later the entire threaded piece snapped in half. And seeing I already tossed the box I'm probably stuck. But needless to say I would not recommend this shower head to a friend. July 16, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Durability Poor Loved the shower head for the first year. Right after the warranty ended the plastic connecting part cracked. No replacement parts available on this model ---- now must start over. Money down the drain! July 29, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by The nice finish is marred by a twisted hose Hose not flexible enough, always twisted, nuisance. Too expensive for a stiff hose. Hard to use. Would not buy again! April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Moen Home Depot shipped it out fast and came in great shape. Looks good and it works. April 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hose NOT Metal We chose this product because it advertised a kink-free metal hose, but when I picked it up from the store, I could see through the package that it is the typical cheap plastic hose. I called MOEN to confirm that the right hose was in the package, and they said they no longer make the metal hose. Well, that is disappointing because we bought other items with the matching "mediterranean bronze" finish, so now we might have to reconsider this finish and MOEN as a brand entirely. I mean $50 for one with a plastic hose? Ugh, disappointed! February 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice, Really CHEAP hose I had no problems installing the shower hea. Had to get pliers out to remove the old shower hea. This one installed quickly and after 2 weeks there are no leaks... Make sure you only hand tighten as using a wrench or pliers would definitely damage the fittin. My only complaint is the VERY CHEAP PLASTIC HOSE. What a jok. Moen -- I would gladly have paid more for a stainless steel hose. The hose has taken on the shape it was in during the packing and shipping and will not straighten out. I have run extremely hot water through it and held a hair dryer to it for 30 minutes trying to get it straight to no avai. January 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Loving my bronze handshower I love the bronze finish on this, and I enjoy using it. A great purchsse! February 16, 2016
