Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by HappywithMoen Works Great!
Works perfectly. Plenty of waterflow. Assembled very easily. Screwed on perfectly as well - no leaks or need for sealing tape. Purchased other systems in the past that just didnt screw on properly and would leak and rust and cause other damages in my shower. My simple advice, if your home has a Moen plumbing system, then use Moen parts. If it has something different, use that matching brand. I am also pleased with this product because it had the "spot resist" guarantee. So far, so good...no spots or build up!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by dcline My Wife Loves It
I'll preface this review by saying that it gets an automatic 5-star rating because my wife is happy with this shower, and she is very picky about the feel and pressure of showerheads.
Prior to installing this showerhead, we had an adjustable-stream showerhead that provided the best pressure of any 2.5gpm shower I have ever felt. This Moen showerhead feels very different than our old shower, and does not provide anywhere near the maximum pressure our old shower could deliver, even when using only one showerhead. There is adequate pressure and better coverage using the "normal" setting on this showerhead, but the pressure drops significantly if both are used simultaneously.
Installation was easy, and no Teflon tape is required thanks to the rubber O-rings included at every connection point. I did have a hard time getting the connection between the diverter (which also holds both showerheads) and the shower arm tight enough that it would stay in place. Once I got that tight enough to stay securely in place, I had the same difficulty tightening the fixed showerhead enough that the spray selector could be turned without rotating the whole showerhead.
I have attached a picture of the installed unit in my 32x32" shower because it is hard to visualize how much space this product will take once fully installed. The diverter lowers the fixed showerhead and pushes it further out from the wall by a couple of inches. The handheld shower, when placed in the holder, extends out far enough to be used almost like a rain shower.
Also, note that the handheld shower does not seat snugly in the holder, regardless of angle. It fell out quite a few times when I was installing the unit, but since then seems to stay put unless you try to adjust the spray type without holding it with your other hand.
The only complaint I have is that there is no spray function that feels strong enough to me when both showerheads are used simultaneously. The water coverage is great, but it is impossible to wash shampoo out of your hair without turning one of the showerheads off. Other than that, my wife and I are quite happy with this showerhead.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0Â by mixmox Nice looking shower system
This is a nice shower head but be informed that it is not all metal. The hose is metal and the heads seem to be metal but the main body of it is plastic.
It works well so long as you pay good attention to the simple installation instructions. I initially hand tightened the bracket onto the pipe and found that water would leak from the join between the thread and the rest of the bracket. Remove any PTFE thread tape that may be there from before and tighten it with a wrench. This holds the the joint tight and ensures that the weight of the hose head does not cause it to flop about. So long as you do this right, installation is dead easy. Packaging is fine, there were even small bags over the ends of the hoses to ensure the washers did not get lost.
The 5 modes are made up from three spray patterns, two âmassageâ sprays and a âwideâ spray which can be obtained by itself or in combination with the other two. There is no âpulseâ mode.

Okay, it IS plastic, but does not look it. I purchased this unit to replace an old shower head in our master shower, and I wanted the hose attachment mostly for when we clean the shower.
Installation is easy, BUT, expect to use a wrench to tighten all three fittings, and be sure the washers are properly seated first. Unless you have vice-grip hands, hand tightening (as the instructions indicate) the hose and spray head will not work- no big deal. Once the old spray head is off, it's about 5 minutes to install, and there is no need to use silicone plumbers tape on the fittings either.
So far, very pleased!
