You have to carefully mount this or it wont work, but once installed I was surprised at how was easy to change rolls. No more springs to compress. No finger nails broken nor fingers jammed. First one that I've seen

Attractive and easy to install. Seems fairly sturdy. Note: The wall anchors supplied are substandard. After fighting with a few of them I gave up and used good quality anchors. Seems unnecessary, since good anchors are quite cheap, and they would have been so easy to include.

Moen products are very high quality. The ease of loading the toilet paper holder is exceptional. I highly recommend buying it for you bathrooms.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Goody Good fixture, CHEAP hardware
Nice looking and well functioning fixture, but DO NOT use the supplied drywall anchors. Moen is a good name, but they skimped on the hardware. The anchors are cheap and break easily, which leads to a loose fixture. I didn't want a loose fixture, so the install took me 3 days. One day to mud and sand the wall (to cover up the old holes), one day to paint, and finally installed on the 3rd day. I would recommend this fixture, BUY DRYWALL ANCHORS SEPARATELY!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by andrewl85 Looks good, but bad instructions
The assembly instructions for the Moen Banbury Paper Holder might be the worst instructions I have ever seen. This took me a while to install, so to I'll try save other people's time by outlining the steps here.
Note: The package comes with four plastic white strips and one red plastic device. The instructions don't really say what they are used for, but they are not necessary to install the paper holder.
The items from the package you need:
- Two metal plates (four holes in each plate)
- The paper holder parts.
- Mini allen wrench
- Four screws (I used separate 3/4 in. wood screws).
Items not in the package you will need:
- Phillips screwdriver and hammer (or drill).
- Tape or a marker
1. You need to mount the plates to the wall first, so take a marker or tape and mark the desired position.
2. With the plate in the 'Up' position, drive two screws into the side holes. The edges of the plates should be facing toward you.
3. Take the mini allen wrench and loosen the screw on each part of the paper holder. This will allow you to clamp the paper holder parts onto the plates.
4. Once the parts are clamped onto the plates, tighten the screws on the parts with the allen wrench.
5. Place toilet paper on the pivoting holder, and you are good to go!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by fred2by Never buy a toilet paper holder without a pivot
This was the first pivot I have used and if not ridicules to change out every paperholder in my home, I would. Unfortunately I follow the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" so can't wait until the others break! Bottomline, you will never argue over someone not putting on a new roll again! So easy, even if they don't replace the roll, you can just pop one on. Your only issue will be keeping rolls on hand!
btw, has anyone else noticed that the rolls are more narrow, sneaky manufacturers!
