Hi Ollie,
The best answer I can give you is to check the hose and make sure it is not blocked. There is no adjustment for the flow rate and I had no trouble with mine.
Good luck.

To troubleshoot this model:
A. Remove the hose from the wand and inspect the screen that is in between these items. If there is debris in the screen, rinse it off with water.
B. Then, hold the end of the hose in the sink and turn on the water. If the pressure is good from the hose, reinstall the screen and wand. This should resolve the issue.

Yes, just be careful when installing to not tighten too much or it will not swing easily.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 469 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Moen faucet, pleasant surprise This purchase was to replace a similar faucet that had some issues. I decided to replace rather than repair. I chose a similar model since I had enjoyed the original faucet. There were several changes in the new product - the material seemed lighter and I was concerned it would not be sturdy but it has been working very well. I believe it might be lighter so that the faucet will retract better after using the pull-out sprayer. The sprayer retracts much more easily than the previous model. It has been a pleasure to use this new faucet and I believe it will also be easier to keep clean based on the new design. Pleasantly surprised. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is an Awesome product! I just bought this single-handle pull out sprayer and installed it... Installation is very straight forward and simple to do. I love having the sprayer/faucet combo... Design is very good and looks great. The price is very reasonable and the quality is good. I would recommend this to anyone. Great job Moen and Home Depot! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good...but... Purchased in May and one part is broken already in July! The "indexing tab" on the pull-out wand broke. Not a big deal, the wand 'spins' and we have to be more careful, but what is next? Also, the 'pitch' of the spot has been disappointing in that it is very low and the faucet does not extend out very far into our sink. Note that we purchased this to replace a 15 yr old MOEN Extensa (installed by our builder and we loved) that broke on a Saturday. Several other related problems drove us to replacement on Saturday. This was a "quick" choice and MOEN had been our preferred brand! Unfortunately the plumber noted that our Extensa, besides breaking, had leaked over the years also... July 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good experience This was a replacement kitchen faucet - the other I had bought at Home Depot 10 years ago when I had new kitchen counters installed (by Home Depot). This is exactly the same, and the reason I wanted the same one was ease of use. Just one handle, so I turn on the faucet easily when I don't seem to have enough hands when preparing a meal. Super product. It has a sprayer that can be pulled straight out from the faucet itself so that I can rinse off the sink. August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty ... ... but i'm getting used to the size of the head in comparison to my last teeny tiny faucet head. I like that it offers two water flows, but the head, which is plastic, makes me fear it may eventually crack. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and easy installation Really nice look and easy installation and fit on anyone's budget July 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kitchen faucet This is a nice faucet but for $100 , I think the product should have stated on the outside of the box & in the installation instruction the size of fittings that would be required i.e. 1/2 in. Or 3/8 in. Because I installed this new faucet and my old faucet had 1/2 in. Fittings and the new one had 3/8 in. Which gave me some troubles! July 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to install, even for the not-so-handy I needed to replace my kitchen faucet and found this MOEN model quite quickly. It is very nice with fairly clear installation directions. Truly, the hardest part of the job is removing all the clutter under your sink and removing the old faucet. Once that is done, the MOEN Banbury installs in a flash. Total time for a novice - 1.5 hours Slight Negatives - it looks like MOEN uses a plastic material where they can get by, hence the 4 stars for quality. June 23, 2016
