The first purchase was defective, but Home Depot has a great return policy, and I had no problems with getting a replacement. Assembly is fairly easy if you pay careful attention to the pictures and process. My wife really likes the style and ease of use.

Okay it's just a kitchen faucet.....however it has really nice feature with the pull-out sprayer and faucet it one. A friend installed it without any complications.

We chose the faucet because the rest of the fixtures on the sink are white. The detachable spray is plastic. When we move the faucet from one side of the sink to the other, the spray tends to dislodge as the swivel is tight.
This was an emergency replacement over a weekend and there was very little choice in white.
As for the recommendation????? It's OK but if you can look around, do so.

preselected this unit online and very similar to a same style Moen faucet that was being replaced after 13 years.
It was also selected because it is one of the very few white faucets available on the market. We wanted white since we have An upgraded Moenstone white sink. The sink is on an island so we thought it was better to keep it all the same color although there were some stainless steel beauties out there.
The original faucet was metal and sturdy. This one is plastic and very light duty.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DavidDawson Poor quality. Makes me reluctant to buy Moen in the future.
This was a gift and I probably would have picked out something like it - single arm, pull-out, white. We have a three-hole kitchen sink and this faucet does include a plate to cover the holes. I just wish there were screws to attach the plate to more than just the center . The entire assembly resists when you reposition the faucet.
The resistance means that the body of the faucet bends and the plate swivels when you turn the arm. When trying to pull the arm to another part of the sink you have to hold the body while repositioning the arm. Moving the faucet is really a two-handed operation. If you aren't careful when doing it, it twists the plate and then you have to reposition the plate or it will no longer be in alignment. This back and forth will loosen the whole assembly so I have had to re-tighten every few months.
It's one of Moen's lower-end faucets but I'm not sure that this means that I have to sacrifice functionality or spend 15 minutes maintaining it every few months. Every time I have to empty the under-sink cabinet to re-tighten it I'm getting more disgruntled about this faucet and really questioning the integrity of the brand.
I'll say something nice - the flow is consistent and there have been no leaks or other deterioration in the materials. The install was as simple as could be expected and we'll just keep using this and grumbling until we install a new one sometime in the next few months.

This faucet was incredibly easy to install and came with easy-to-read how-to instructions. The online ordering process, fulfillment and installation of the product will make me come back to Home Depot for more!

Let's face it, you get what you pay for and this is not a high priced item. However, it does seem to be good value. I have installed other faucets, but this one was one of the easier installations I recall. The elongated "wrench" to remove/secure the retaining nut was perfect. Instructions were clear, but they need to be read in conjunction with each diagram, because not ever step is covered by text. The flexible hoses are extra long, so no extensions are required. The faucet head is plastic and lightweight. This is not a high profile, designer product, just simple, functional and clean looking. I prefer the "pull out" versus the "pull down" type because they are less prone to problems. This is only a 1.8 gpm faucet, but I knew that going in. Don't expect blasting water pressure.
