Answer:
Hi Ollie,
The best answer I can give you is to check the hose and make sure it is not blocked. There is no adjustment for the flow rate and I had no trouble with mine.
Good luck.

To troubleshoot this model:
A. Remove the hose from the wand and inspect the screen that is in between these items. If there is debris in the screen, rinse it off with water.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 465 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Buying for the second time We have been pleased with this make and model kitchen faucet. We bought the house in '98, began remodeling for wheelchair access in 2001. Our earliest revision was installing this faucet in the kitchen. It is perfect for us, because we can easily reach the faucet, pull it toward us, extending our reach when doing dishes or just pouring a glass of water. The faucet pulls out easily, the hose is stainless steel and well made. We have had no issue with leaking, malfunctions, or even wear and tear until recently. After 15 years of hard use, it began to develop slack in the hose, and no longer seals perfectly. The pull out portion hangs down about two inches further than it should. We feel that the "lifetime" of this faucet, (considering its original cost of $70.00 in 2001), makes it a very good value. The price may have increased, (but not unreasonably), and we have found no other faucet, at any price, that we like as much as this one. Highly recommend. June 16, 2016
