Installed by professionals during major house renovation. The piece that the setting screw goes into broke off which caused the hook to no longer stay in place. Because we have the Brantford sink hardware, would have loved to find a replace backing part, but none found on site. Had to buy a different robe hook.

Rated 3 out of 5Â by NCHomeRemodeler EXcellent Look, unhappy with plasic ProFit
Overall, the Moen products are a great line. However, the new pro-fit installation brackets which are plastic and have a little plastic tab for taking on and off the mounting hardware are not well made. I have had to modify the installation hardware for doors, hard surfaces etc b/c the molly bolt that comes with it does not work for many installations. It is very hard to remove the bracket (like to repaint or wallpaper) without breaking the plastic tab. Not happy - I expect better from Moen.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Herself4852 I ordered two of these hooks for a bathroom remodel. They look sleek and appropriate to the design of the bathroom
I have been looking for the oil rubbed bronze features and was able to find them looking online at Home Depot. In fact most of my bathroom remodel was done with products purchased at Home Depot.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by JustNems It's a double-hook
I've seen some hooks, and I've seen some HOOKS. This one is special. You see, it's got two actual hooks attached to one base. AND, it matches the faucets in the house I bought! This is not something a hook by any other name could have accomplished, and for that, I am thankful.
As hooks go, this one appears to be well constructed out of the whatever they're making stuff out of in China these days. Finish seems appropriately thick so as to not wear off during repeated hanging of towels, robes, or even the occasional belt of two (you see, because it's got two hooks!).
Hanging it was easy enough. I'd not recommend using the included anchors, that is unless you want a gnarly anchor-suized hole in your drywall. There are much better drywall anchors to be purchased elsewhere.
So in summary, It's not just a hook, but a double hook. Winning!
