Rated 5 out of 5 by Great purchase Nice finish. Shuts off completely. Great warranty. No drips. Easy to install. Allows great water pressure. November 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by good quality for tight budget Our old kitchen faucet rusted and my husband spent hours trying every way possible to remove it. Finally he took a saw to it and saved the sink. Good-bye leaky rusted faucet. Hello Moen. It sparkles. I spent at the most 15 minutes installing the new one. What a breeze - very smart and simple design on the Moen. Also, I used a little plumbers putty around the faucet edges to insure no drips, although the directions didn't mention a need to. It's been a week and it works fine so far. The sprayer has a good length hose. Definitely recommend this to everyone. My husband and I are on a tight budget and we researched carefully before deciding. Thank you Moen! February 3, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to Install/Good Quality Had trouble finding styles in white. This faucet is made with quality parts. Installation was easy, but if you have water supplies from the slab and not the wall, hose extensions may be required. The hoses which are braided are built into the faucet without connections to add longer hoses. Nozzle is slightly short, but usable, for an uneven/offset sink. August 17, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very flimsy handle that eventually broke This Moen faucet came as a standard in a new build house and after a few years the handle became loose and eventually broke. Closer inspection revealed a tiny grub screw had sheared in two leaving the shaft embedded and thus impossible to remove and replace. The faucet has been rendered useless by the failure of this tiny screw which is clearly not strong enough to withstand the repeated usage a kitchen faucet gets. March 3, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by 1 plastic part ruins the whole thing After only 2-3 years of service, I started to have a problem with this unit. When putting the handle all the way up, for maximum flow, it would go past where it should, so when lowering the handle to lower or shut the flow, the handle would hit a 'bump' and need to be pushed harder past this. Upon disassembling, I found that the problem was that the part controlling the limits of the upward range of the handle was plastic, and had broken. Admittedly, I might be somewhat rough in hitting the handle up to turn it on when my hands are full, but, hey - this is supposed to be a well-built, sturdy faucet! As far as I could tell, this part, which is at a high impact/use/pressure functional location, is the ONLY plastic part in this unit. It should be metal!! May 5, 2012
