I bought one with the chrome finish. It looks & feels like a high quality product. It was very easy to install with the long integrated supply lines that attach directly to angle stops designed for standard 3/8" compression fittings. This is probably one of Moen's most popular "builder" kitchen faucets. Don't know why HD only sells these online. They may have "no compete" sales agreement with Moen to protect their similar but inferior Glacier Bay product.

This is a replacement for an older model Moen Chateau faucet. I like the new style cartridge, it's guaranteed to never leak or it's fixed for free. I purchased the least expensive chrome model because it suits our style, and budget, the best. The chrome is nice, but it's hard to keep sparkling clean. Water spots are a never ending presence. Installation was very easy - I just wish it was as easy to remove the old, plumber installed unit as it was to install the "homeowner friendly" unit. The cutting of copper pipes, the knuckle-busting basin wrench, the corroded brass nuts, etc wasn't the fun part. I'm a die-hard Moen fan, I wouldn't buy any other brand.

Great faucet Assembled in the USA of US and foreign parts. Super easy faucet to install. Classic style looks great in my older kitchen. Would recommend for a replacement to an existing kitchen that your not quite ready for a full remodel. If your upgrading your whole kitchen I might go with one of Moen's higher end modern faucets. This works great in a rental or an apartment as it is easy to repair and is fairly durable. I chose this faucet for its price and quality. My kitchen is dated and will need a full remodel so I picked an inexpensive faucet that doesn't look or feel "cheap". Stay away from those China made big box store off brand faucets they're sometimes more expensive and half the quality.

I recently purchased a replacement for my kitchen faucet. Our house is almost 11 years old, and it came with a Moen kitchen faucet. After 11 years a leak started along the dispensing arm. Although I've never such a leak, I am replacing it with as similar model as the original. Usually failures come in the on/off mixer valve and/or seals, but our old one has never had a problem. I am sure, since we didn't upgrade, the original faucet was not the top of the line, so that speaks for Moen's quality and why I'm replacing it with the same.

This faucet has been in my home for three years. I had metal failure in the spout this week. Several pin holes appeared on the top and bottom of the spout simultaneously. FAIL !!!

In less than 6 months, the hexagon screws at the bottom are very hard to tighten with either the MMS or SAE drivers.

I keep one of these faucets on my truck, recommend it to customers who are ok without using a pull-out type, and have one in my home.
It is about as basic and good-working faucet as I have seen. You can replace the (fixed) aerator, with a swivel-spray (generic , or Moen part # 20200), to get some more coverage. Nothing lasts forever anymore, but you should get good usage out of this faucet, if you are ok with the styling. You also have Moen's lifetime warranty for parts.
