This faucet is a great upgrade that really takes a bathroom from plain to modern without much effort or cost.
Installation effort was pretty typical. It wasn't the easiest faucet I've ever installed, but it wasn't too bad. It took me about 45 minutes to install this faucet after I had uninstalled the old one. Keep in mind that you'll need plumber's putty, which wasn't super clear until you completely read the instructions. There are pictures of "suggested tools" on the outside of the box, but apparently I misinterpreted the tub of putty to be a bucket for catching water under the sink.
I had a little bit of difficulty getting the stopper pull just right. Since the head of the pull is not symmetric, the angle at which it is mounted matters. I got it crooked twice before getting it to seat just right. The stopper is just a little bit wobbly as it sits in the sink drain. However, it raises and lowers without any snags.
The operation is smooth, and the handles are pretty sturdy feeling during normal operation, although they do seem to flex downward a little more than they should when the ends of the levers are pushed down. The spot resist finish works better than most other brands of faucets I've used that claim to have the same type of capability. Plain water splashes don't leave any spots, and when toothpaste splatters eventually show up, it wipes clean easily enough. I've had it installed for a few weeks so far, with no problems with leaks.
The only other complaint I have is that the water doesn't completely drain out of the sink anymore like it did with the previous drain I had installed. The reason is partly the design of my sink though. Just keep in mind that if your current faucet drain is greater than 2" in diameter, there's the possibility that this one will leave a ring of standing water around it that doesn't drain completely.

I Installed this faucet to update our Guest bathroom. It looks great and installed quite easily.
The removal of the old 1980's faucet took longer than the installation of the new one. mainly due to 20+ years of hard-water build up. This faucet has two plastic nuts that you use to secure this to the sink. This product also came with a drain mechanism. The faucet also has an aerator and helps conserve water.
I've had no issue or leaks within the week or 2 that I have now owned this. I would recommend using a small bucket under the sink to catch any water once you disconnect the water lines.
This product recommends using a sealant that is not included to seal the drain. however this comes with a robust gasket that seals the outside bottom of the sink so it will not leak.

I picked this item off the shelf. It looked good, but when the plumber came to install it he had a lot of trouble. The drain lift rod is offset at the back (because the rod is designed with a bend; not straight like I thought it would be) which you can't see from the store display or the picture on the box. When pulled up, it comes out at an angle away from the back of the base. Unfortunately, it hits the backsplash behind the faucet before it can be fully extended to pull the drain cover closed. No matter what the plumber tried he couldn't get it to work correctly. I called Moen, and the CS rep suggested my countertop might be drilled incorrectly (it is not). When I also suggested that the box the faucet comes in and the faucet specs should list a minimum clearance required for the angled lift rod, I was told the specs were on their website. I looked at them, and don't see this distance mentioned, or even a picture of the rod fully angled out backwards. As a consumer you are just unaware that this faucet's lift rod will extend backward like it does. If you have a countertop where room behind the faucet is not an issue, this design should be O.K.. I purchased another faucet with a straight lift rod, and returned this one. This seems to be a design that won't work for everyone.

Faucet is fine, it is the pop up stopper and tail pipe which are all plastic, the plastic pipe leaked from day one, ended up replacing it with a brass after market pipe, do not recommend for this reason

I love the sleek look. Sadly, began dripping about 3 weeks after installation. "Washerless" design. Sounds as if others had same problems. Also the plunger doesn't work right. And funny, the "nickel finish spot resistant" always looks spotty--I wipe it off a hundred times a day! Maybe can't handle the San Diego hard water?

These faucets appear to be excellent value. The faucet meets EPA watersense criteria, yet the flow and performance are excellent, especially when compared to some other watersense faucets that I have purchased. The brushed nickel finish is very nice and appears to resist water stains. Operation of the faucet is solid and it appears well constructed. The faucets look great in my bathrooms where I have replaced old chrome fixtures with brushed nickel. Overall, installation was fairly straightforward with the most difficult part getting the old faucets removed (prepare to use a hacksaw for old, corroded drains). I replaced 4 faucets in my home with these faucets. The drain on one had an extremely slow leak that was frustratingly hard to track down. There was only about a teaspoon of water leaking a day. I could run the water for 8 minutes and not see any leakage at all but after 8 hours I would see the threads on the drain slightly wet. Nothing seemed to fix the problem (reseating the drain, tightening the nut, changing the alignment). Apparently, the leak was following the threads -- starting at the overflow chamber, passing the washer and through the retaining nut and then dampening the threads. I used a thread sealer designed to be used on plastic fittings to seal the threads starting at the top and all the way down to where the nut was. This cleared the problem completely.

Plumber installed this as part of a remodeling project so I can not speak to the ease of installation, although the only complaint I heard was about the tight space needed to install the plunger. The faucets are stylish and operate smoothly.
