Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Derek Great styling and look, good price, functions well, installation can be challenging
I purchased 5 of these to replace all our bathroom faucets. I think the styling is great, I really like the look of these faucets. The look very high end and are priced very competitively compared to others. Moen is generally good stuff, I've had several kitchen faucets that I really liked and worked very well. My mother's 50 year-old house still has the original Moen bathroom faucets and they still work okay.
The Darcy faucet functions very well. The levers are easy to operate and they provide a gradual wide range of flow adjustment making it easy to get the right temperature water. The stopper rod is a bit wiggley and awkward, but still managed to function well.
Installation is mostly straightforward with the exception of the drain component and stopper rod. The main nut that secures the drain to the bottom of the sink compresses a large tapered rubber gasket that seals to the bottom of the sink and to the drain threads. Unfortunately the seal to the drain threads is prone to leaking and I had several of them leak on me in this location. No matter how tight you get the main nut it will not seal the gasket against the threads and you'll get a slow leak running down the threads of the drain. A design flaw that I think is present in a lot of Moen faucets that use this same drain. I cleared this up by first liberally applying teflon based pipe dope onto the threads before screwing the main nut and gasket all the way against the bottom of the sink. The adjustment of the stopper rod is also somewhat awkward and not very precise, but I guess it gets the job done.
Finally I had a problem attaching two of these faucets to some older steel sinks in my master bath. There is a minimum thickness sink/counter that is require to securely install the faucet. It may be printed in the details somewhere. A thin steel sink is too thin and you can't tighten the nuts enough to "clamp" the faucet down tightly. I ended up 3D printing a 6mm spacer for the faucet to sit on top of so I could securely tighten the nuts (see picture).

Great faucet. Easy installation with basic tools. Installation instructions were complete and well written. Replaced more expensive model from another store that leaked .

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tarko I only buy Moen!
Classic design along with the brushed nickle and spot resistance make this perfect for any bathroom. Moen quality outlasts the competition hands down. I love the new look in my bathroom.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Aram Very nice looking
I bought three of this model faucet for my sons' jack& Jill bathroom and the guest bathroom. They look extremely nice. The handles are soft to open and close. They barely get water stains. I wipe them with a soft dry towel. I recommend them and would buy them again. I had them installed by a professional plumber who had no problems with the installation.

Bought this faucet for the new bathroom vanity I installed and it is true to form Moen. Top quality!

Good quality product, and exactly what I expected with a caveat. Because of the height of the faucet, and the proximity to the backs plash of our vanity top, the handle you use to open and close the drain is very difficult to grasp. I almost have to hook my finger under it as opposed to simply grasping it between two fingers. So be aware of this if you have a back splash on your install.
Otherwise this is a nice product, and much better than the "D" manufactured model I replaced.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by keo1050 Not what I expected from Moen
Poor build quality. Bought 2 of these for bath upgrade. Cold water side on one of them developed leak in one month. Moen sent replacement parts that do not work as they should. Water will shut off but there is no stop so you have to put in exact spot each time. Only option now is to replace stem or both faucets again.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Riggins Lift rod won't work with a standard backslash.
Just had to return the product after completely installing it only to find out the lift rod won't work on a sink with a back splash because it's angled and wants to lift back and up instead of just up like most lift rods. The product packaging really should mention this somewhere and detail the exact clearance required behind the faucet.
