I bought one of these 3 years ago when I bought my house in Washington State and it was the best handheld I ever owned. Now I sold the house and didn't take it with me. I am now moved and will be buying another one of these handhelds. If installed correctly it works great. If someone gets one that leaks, hey, sometimes defective items pass through, just take it back and get another one. I love the force of the water that comes from this handheld.

Lesser flow, but its designed to conserve water... gets most out of a minimal flow... for my gal.. and she likes being able to manuever the shower head

This shower head does not have a lot of force/ pressure. The different changes don't change significantly. It looks really nice in the package but it's basically plastic, so not a good quality.

I have been using WaterPik until now and have had to replace it three times. This time I wanted one that would last longer than a couple years. I read good reviews about this product and thought Moen was a good brand. I liked the promise of customer service on the phone as well. I tried to install the shower head multiple times. First I hand-tightened without sealing tape (says not to use it and no, it doesn't come with the product), but it sprayed from the joint on the pipe. Second I tried it with some of my own tape and had the same result. Both times I took the attachment off to retry, the washer with the wire mesh was jammed in my pipe. I thought I tightened it too much, but I don't see how that's possible. The washer also fell to pieces in the process and it was rendered useless. I called the customer service line which said I would get a call back in 43 minutes or less. 72 minutes later I got a call back and waited on hold for 5 more until someone came on the line. She asked for the model number which I gave her twice. She didn't find the product in their system and I said should I just return it and she said yes. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Now I'm hoping Home Depot will have some real customer service!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Gray had to return
after installing it would not stop leaking and not from the part that attaches to the shower spicket. It was leakinging from the bracket part that is already attached and nothing would stop it, so I returned it.
